So I didn’t order anything from toppers tonight but I was at home with my son eating dinner and there was a loud knock on my door and I opened it and I see a large fire and a toppers guy asking for a fire extinguisher, so I pointed to where it was and he put it out. Had it not been for him my whole apartment building probably would have burned down and I probably would have been trapped inside with my son being the fire was right outside my door… I didn’t catch his name but wanted to say a huge thanks to him for stopping and probably saving lives

I had an issue with my app while ordering and a deal didn’t apply to my $20 pickup order. I told the manager about it and she told me she wouldn’t give me the deal because I only picked 1 topping on my pizza (she said i needed 2 topping on the pizza to give me the deal). What a bummer! I was looking forward to this Italian beef pizza which has almost no meat. Approximately one piece of beef per slice and as you can see in the photo one of the slices had zero meat. This is a 12 inch pizza that cost $35 with delivery charge and tax through Uber eats! I’m sorry but that is not value. I called the store and they said that there was nothing they could do since I ordered from Uber eats.

Today was my first time ordering a Toppers Pizza. The first thing that impressed me was something that most pizza restaurants get wrong, which is to not offer a very good deal for single pizza buyers who don’t need a larger and medium pizza. You can get a small pizza including a specialty with the pop for under $10, which is fantastic. The people were nice and the quality of the food was excellent for the price. I would highly recommend this place. I’ve received a lot of generous offers and this is my go-to pizza place.

I ordered on the app. which works great but I wasn’t paying attention and sent it to Onalaska and not La Crosse. I walked in and Eric was working the checkout. He informed me it wasn’t there and I figured out what I had done. No fault of Toppers at all. I walked back in and Eric was extremely understanding got the loyalty points I had back and reordered it while they appeared to be very busy. He told me 7 mins and it would be ready. He was very accurate to that as they texted me and said it was good at the time given. I walked in and Eric was standing at the checkout ready to go and even gave me a brownie dessert for my kids because of MY screw up. I own 4 companies and I have to say that his managers and franchise owners should be proud of his professionalism. I was impressed by him and his whole team. Thank you all for the great experience and Eric really made my night for me and my kids. Thank you again.

We ordered tonight.. I mistakenly used the wrong card and was about to get overdraft.. hubby called to see if they could cancel and take the correct card… she took the time to help us and corrected MY mistake! This particular Toppers has always been quick, on time and the food is fresh!! 5 stars all around!!! ROCK STARS!!! ❤️
