Every time I order it seems the pizza gets worse and worse. Yesterday I ordered pizza. They did not properly inform me that the pizza was at my door. I called them to inform them the pizza was left outside without properly being informed and that it was basically a brick of cheese with the amount they used. After waiting 10 minutes on hold they said they’d send out a new pizza. 3 hours later still no pizza. I called back, I was on hold for 30 minutes and never talked to. I then drove to the store and they tried to deny everything. It took another 10 minutes of pleading my case to get a refund. Such a poorly ran business all around. Very clear that the guys in the shop just care about taking money and not the quality of the food and service.

Ordered a pan pizza for carryout. I immediately noticed the box was extremely light so I checked it right away. The pizza was thin with unleavened dough. I complained about it right away and the employee said it is a pan pizza and just showed me the pan pizza label on the box. I am a regular customer here but won’t be coming back. The pan pizza is generally 3x as thick as this one was. I’m not usually picky when it comes to food and will pretty much eat anything, but this pizza sucked. I wouldn’t normally complain about something like this, but the employee was also rude as hell. I think he was the only person working in there today just before 2pm March 8, 2025 but that doesn’t make up for this horrible experience.

We make sure that we include a good tip every time we place an online order. We’ll only be doing carry out after our last delivery on 02/25/24. The driver showed up at the time specified. However, the drivers personal conversation he was having w/his head set was so important that he couldn’t walk all the way to my door, to complete the delivery. I had to come out to meet him near his vehicle. Nor could the driver even put his cell phone away to hand me my food. When you take flat things and pull them out at a 45 degree angle, they will slide to one side. That may be why all 3 of the item’s that were ordered, look like the picture I included. Everything ended up in a clump on one side of the box. He did stop his conversation long enough to shout “Thank you for the tip” while getting back into his vehicle. That was the service we received for adding 20% tip to an online pizza order. Good luck with your delivery.

Very disappointing. We were told our pizzas would arrive between 11:50-12:01. It was 12:11 and the pizza still hadn’t arrived, I called the store and they said it was still baking and the driver would leave soon. We didn’t end up getting our pizzas until 12:45 and all of the pizzas were cold. Would not order from here again.

The pizza ia absolutely amazing. And I love the fact that they do offer vegan and healthy alternatives too. The delivery is always fresh and fast. And the drivers are on time. It’s too bad that they’re only mostly in Wisconsin.

Got pizza and boneless wings and they were both delicious and hot when delivered! Staying at a local hotel and ordered them and it got delivered to our room. They also said it would be about 45min- 1hour and it arrived in exactly half an hour which was great!!! Definitely recommend!

The two guys working there were in a rush and were working hard to keep up with all the orders, very nice and helpful. The waiting area is small and the bathroom is less to be desired. Great pizza though, vegan friendly.
