Good evening, I’m visiting town after a long trip and decided to order from the 2842 W. Rawson Avenue Toppers store in Franklin, WI. I order a two topping pizza and boneless wings via the 7.99 special. My pizza I requested very light cheese with extra sauce and received regular cheese and light sauce and my wings and requested extra crispy and they arrived soft and chewy. Also half was suppose to be hot honey with the other half hot Buffalo and I was just given hit honey sauce on the side. Both items were cold upon arrival.
The deliver driver also text me in Spanish which I couldn’t understand and then took a photo of me after I left instructions to leave the food at my hotel door. He waited for me to open my door and take a photo which made me feel very uncomfortable. I called the store a dozen times only to get a call center which tries to connect me to the store but no one ever answers the phone. I would appreciate something to be done about this situation. Thank you.

(Edit) You guys rock & I never get skimped on “topperz.” Got once a week, 4 weeks in a row in the middle of the night the past month and it was great every time. Keep doing what you do. ♥️

My order was delivered over an hour late & raw (I have pictures). My Totza pizza was missing nacho cheese & had cream cheese frosting all over it (with ranch & being raw). There were 3 small squirts of rasberry sauce on my Toppers Sticks. This wasn’t one issue with my order, it was the whole order. I tried to talk to to someone, but 3 times I was sent to a “order taking line” and couldn’t speak to a manager. Harry put me on hold 4 times. I had raw food that I couldn’t eat & couldn’t get through to anyone. I tried to submit a complaint on their website, but it it doesn’t work. Either online or on the phone, you get lost in a queue.

The best Toppers! Ordered from Charles for my daughter‘s daycare for her last day of school there and Keith delivered the order. Both of these guys were amazing and we had a fantastic experience here. We’ll definitely order from this toppers again!

I ordered from here really late at night, so my expectations were kinda low. The pizza turned out to be incredible. I ordered it carry out and it was ready before I got there (I got there a few minutes early too). My wife ordered the mac and cheese, and she loved it. Overall, fantastic place and price to get a late-night meal.

This is unacceptable my pizza was delivered in a worse and disgusting condition plus 1 hour and 20 min later. Box was punched or crushed all the topping messed and all over in the lid.

Ordered two pizzas first the call me and say we can’t deliver so come carry out. I went to get my pizza. First the guy handed me someone else order than I caught it before leaving the store. Gave me my order. Came back home to open the box to this. Everyone was so hungry we tried two slices (undercooked) had to garbage them. But on top of that WHAT KINDA TOT PIZZA is this.
This branch either is not working to the standard or maybe toppers quality went to trash.
