Update: food still tastes great and staff are still helpful and chill. Adding that management doesn’t inform staff of all Toppers offers. None of the staff in store knew about the Toppers reward texts that sends coupon offers on a regular basis.

We’re from out of town, and I wish there was a Toppers closer to us if they’re all as good as this one. The pizza was really good, we got a vegan and a meat lovers and both delivered. I also really enjoyed the wings and monkey bread. Moe checked us out, and he was fun and helpful.

So my boyfriend and I order a pizza only to be racially profiled and never receive it. We waited well over 30 minutes in the store for them to serve us and instead only served those of color. They were able to come in, order and still leave meanwhile they completely ignored us. Lastly, they ignored another white customer who was just trying to complete a door dash order (the delivery guy was halfway in the kitchen asking for help and they kept walking away and ignoring him as well). I will NEVER be back. I have never in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism. I would give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately google makes you rate it at least 1. Guess your s.o.l. if your white and it’s late at night. Good luck to those in the future that try!

Food was absolutely amazing!!! Ordered the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese and I would say it’s one of the best items on the menu. The staff was friendly and made sure my order was prepared quickly and correctly. I will def be coming back here again. Makes me wish we had a Toppers in my area of Michigan.

Their pizza is delicious! Once, when ordered a pizza from here through DoorDash and it was covered with giant burnt air bubbles, I called the store, and the manager herself delivered a new free pizza the next day! Great people!
