I ordered a “loaded tot-zza” and dessert from here for pickup. I arrived, got my food, checked the bag with my ice cream/brownies, and everything was in there. Something told me to look at the pizza, too, but I was in a hurry with my hands full. Got home to find that they gave me a plain cheese pizza that had definitely been sitting up for a while and was INEDIBLE.
I contacted the company, they gave me a coupon for $20 off when I asked to be refunded. Mind you, this is the only Toppers anywhere near Cincinnati. Why would I return and spend money with the same place that scorned me? Ridiculous.

I’ve used the bathroom here a plethora of times before…I come in tonight and all of a sudden it’s “not a public restroom” even though I ordered food…. And the worker was not wearing gloves while preparing my order. I’m deeply disappointed about this bc their food is great!

We were in cinci from out of town, for a concert. We all worked all day and then immediately made the 2 hour drive here. Did not have time to eat dinner before the concert. We Were starving after the concert. Placed an order via door dish at 2 AM. (Their hours say they’re open til 3:30 AM online). We were waiting patiently and hungry. It said that our dasher was at the location waiting to pick up our order for almost an hour. At exactly 3:20 AM we get a call from door dash that our order was cancelled. With no excuse why. By this time, everywhere else was closed. We could’ve ordered or went somewhere else during this time before closing hours.

Ordered off DoorDash from this location cheese sticks. I also received the wrong sauce. You see the picture enough say it. It only got two stars because the dough that was not burned was actually good. However, this is just sad because I paid a lot in delivery fees for some BS.

Reese stayed and delivered with excellent customer service when every food service in the area closed down because of the snowstorm Jan 2026. There wasn’t any interruption in service here tonight which I expected sprinting this way after 3 other closed spots! Grateful

Worst pizza deliver experience I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 mediums pizzas and a cheesy bread. Was told my order would take 45 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and no pizza. Called multiple times to cancel the order and keep being told they cannot cancel it because they are just the order taking service and will transfer me to the main line, which no one answer. The delivery line continues to tell me that the delivery driver is just sitting at the same location and hasn’t picked up my pizza yet to deliver it. Would not recommend this place for late night pizza delivery. Still have a credit card change pending which I’ll have to dispute not because no food has been delivered after 2 hours of waiting. Place is a joke.

Was really surprised how good the pizza was. The employee was friendly in taking our order and the pizza was ready quickly. We dined in and ordered the pizza with tots on it. Didn’t have any issues, despite what other reviews mention. This place is worth trying, they have a lot of specials they run so it seems like a good value too.

Beware pizza comes with little to no pizza sauce oil soggy bread and so much cheese it’s enough for 3 pizzas and with no sauce and soggy bread all you taste is oily cheese
