This place is absolutely awful. I ordered my delivery for 7pm because we weren’t going to be home. The driver came 15 min early and called me to see if my doorbell worked. I told him we ordered it at a certain time and weren’t expecting it to be there. He then hung up on me, handed it off to my neighbor and signed for me without my permission. Adding a $5 tip for himself. I called the store to see why I didn’t get my pizza or if I had to pick it up. They said I signed when, in fact I did not. They said because “I” signed and the driver dropped off the pizza at the wrong address they weren’t giving me a pizza or a refund. After an hour of bickering back and forth with the store they FINALLY sent the pizza with a free pizza and coke for the inconvenience… ALL THE PIZZAS WERE RAW AND UNCOOKED. This is the worst customer service and food service I’ve ever received. I’m never going to toppers again.

I order 3 pizzas/4 desserts online for pickup. I arrive and give them my info and get handed 2 pizzas/1 dessert. No biggie, I tell him the order is incomplete and show him my receipt. Blank stares. No acknowledgement. I start checking the boxes to see which is missing as he walks away. I tell him one of the pizzas isn’t mine, it’s a pepperoni and I ordered a Meat Topper (it’s missing bacon and sausage). Blank stare again. No acknowledgement. He walks over and starts making a pizza and I’m left wondering what’s happening for 10 minutes at the counter.
Not once was a word said to me. Someone else finally came out after a while and asked to help me. He rounds up my pizzas and desserts and I leave. I’ve been here now for an extra 30 minutes. I get home and I’m met with the Veggie Classic pizza in the picture – how nice. I can have a slice of olive pizza or maybe a slice of green pepper pizza. And the Meat Topper pizza – loose sausage and bacon tossed on top. It would be funny if this experience didn’t cost me $100 along with the pre-paid tip.

All I wanted was a house NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN TOPPER and they give me this!!! So disappointed, I thought toppers was better then this!! I think they wanted to intoxicate me with all that Nashville hot sauce, it was supposed to be a drizzle of Nashville hot sauce not the whole bottle!!! Literally could not even eat it, my husband was the only one who ate a little. So not worth $20 I could of ordered a pick any 2 for $6.99 deal but I was really trying to go for one of their house pizzas and im extremely extremely disappointed to have gotten this!!!

I decided to go back and have them make this right for me and it was delicious!! Also, great customer service!! I can certainly say I enjoyed every single bite of this pizza.

Haven’t even tasted the pizza yet. I lost my appetite once I got home and figured out I was ripped off. My first time calling to order, with nothing more than an online menu and I hear about the 9.99 special ad on phone. When staff member answered i ordered one house pizza, one top your own 3 topping pizza and 14 wings, was told my total was over 50 dollars. I asked if there were any specials that could be applied like the 9.99 special I heard on the phone the staff member advised me the specials only come around sometimes. I get home with menu from store and it shows the deal running for 9.99 two or more pizzas any size house or top your own. This is not good practice. Help your customer save 20 dollars they will come back to spend it. Dont help customer, receive poor review and lose potential future revenue.
Update- the next day I received a welcoming phone call from the owner, he is really on top of things and is working on handling the situation and he made a peace offering. Thank you toppers owner for getting in touch and caring about your business. Much appreciated. Originally rated 1 star I will move that up to a 3 star for his efforts.

Not bad. My only issue is the lack of sauce. It seemed to only be on the edge of the pizza where the toppings meet the crust.
