Terrible experience at this Starbucks location I come here every day I stopped Wednesday Feb 11 @ 4:13pm . The wait was extremely long, the drinks were watery and poorly made, and the new employee had a very bad attitude. Customer service and quality have really gone since November of 25 downhill. Very disappointing.

Last night, I came to the Starbucks at Rittiman and had a really disappointing experience. My initial reaction was to post a review about it online, but after prayer and sleep ( ) I decided to return today to speak with the manager about it. Keisha was completely professional and understanding of my feelings. She expressed that she would address my concerns directly and hopefully improve performance going forward. The 5-star review is because she took the time to listen to my frustrations without rebuttal or being defensive. Excellent service, and I’m looking forward to seeing how this location grows from this experience under her guidance.

Absolutely terrible experience at Starbucks feb 11 evening stop to grab my regular frapp . The line took forever, the drinks were so watery they barely tasted like coffee, and the new evening employee had an incredibly rude and dismissive attitude. What used to be a quick, reliable stop has turned into a frustrating and disappointing mess. Definitely not the quality or service customers expect.

I have been stopping at this location for awhile and service use to be better. The last 2 visits haven’t been great and to me very bad experience. Last time we waited sooo long our order was wrong. My cream cheese Danish was cold and my drinks were the wrong size. Paid for a venti and got a small coffee instead. Today same thing but my husband was with me so he said forget it and we left. The service has really dropped so im going to have to find a new location to go to.

Very busy location on the day I visited! They are FAST!! I decided to run up to the window to place my order. While waiting, they probably had 15-20 go thru the drive-thru! Same great cup of coffee…a venti vanilla latte with oat milk (4 pumps instead of 5)!!

Friends orders will get done before reg customers at the walk up window. Drive through packed so went to walk up. Ordered and waited, after about 5 min, girl who was friends with the window person walked up ordered a complex drink and got her drink almost immediately (not a mobile order because I heard what she ordered and asking about who is working and her plans today) Meanwhile my simple order (cold brew with cream) is still not out, after I FINALLY recived my drink when she was long gone, spoke to the manager who seemed indifferent and frankly seemed bothered by the situation. Would not recommend this Starbucks when so many other options are available.

I don’t like giving negative reviews, but I showed up at 8:55 ordered at the box with a gentleman, got to the window at 9:18 only for them to say there is no order and “are you sure you ordered at the box”. Yes I’m sure I ordered at the box, they repeated the order, asked for my name, and said see you at the window. I understand being busy, but that’s a lot of time lost. Just gonna stick with Dutch Bros, but I was desperate for a coffee and wanted to treat myself.

Still in line after 45 minutes! This is not the first time that I been in line more than 30 minutes at this place! About 20 pissed off customers drove off. This place sucks! Don’t come here! Worse Starbucks location in the world! Where is the damn manager? Inexcusable!

The baristas don’t know how to prepare the drinks. I always have problems and they have to remake my drink. I ask for one size and they give me a different one. When you order through the drive-thru, there is always a lot of confusion and they keep laughing while you’re ordering. It’s rude to interrupt a customer because of inside jokes. I don’t want to go back, but I always try to give them another chance because unfortunately it’s the closest one to me.

Just really poor service. Two stars just for the employees being really nice but man, my order is usually wrong and when I get it remade, it’s either rushed and poorly done or doesn’t include the extra mocha that I originally ordered.
