Topgolf Swing Suites are fun, but pricey! The machine is a little slow… it tends to freeze up often. The server told us to keep the door open where all the components are as it can overheat & malfunction. Seems like they need an upgrade. The food is good – really liked their cheeseburger pizza. Note that 18% gratuity is included when you reserve a Swing Suite. We didn’t notice until we paid, so we overtipped by quite a bit. We had no complaints when it came to the service though – our server was very friendly & helpful.

Overall had a really great experience during my visit! The pizza and wings were cooked and served well, the drinks tasted great, and our server Hope was extremely sweet! She got us everything we needed as soon as she could and provided the best service you could ask for! 100% would come back again!

The food was very disappointing. I was charged $15 for an Italian chopped salad that included deli meat which appeared to have been left uncovered and tasted spoiled. The salad portion was also very small. We also ordered a pepperoni pizza that was excessively greasy. The meal was served with plastic plates and utensils, and the salad was presented in a cardboard bowl. Considering the prices charged, the overall experience did not meet expectations. All four of us barely ate the food we ordered, left the restaurant still hungry, and were hesitant to try anything else on the menu. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

We rented a simulator suite for an hour. As others have said, it seems as if the golf games work well but the adaptation to other activities is glitchy at best. The biggest reason for the mediocre review was the fact that service was terrible. Our server came once, got the order of 4 drinks (which were brought to the table) and then didn’t come back for almost the entirety of the rental until we had less than 10 minutes left. We got our own drinks at the bar because the waitress was no where to be found. On top of that, gratuity is added on automatically to the check, so I don’t think we will be coming back to book a suite anytime soon. The bartender was great, and the kid’s arcade games were pretty good, so it wasn’t a totally negative experience but the service would have to be better and the simulator would have to be less glitchy to be any more than 3 stars.

Food was okay. Pizza was greasy and the chicken brie sandwich barely had any chicken on it. Only thing that was worth it was the chicken wings. They were fairly decent and you got a fair amount of them for the price. Our server was also very nice too.

Stayed at this hotel for three nights. Tried to get a slice of pizza on each of those three nights.
Each time I went in there there was one server to cover the entire operation.
Each night, each server was clearly angry and overworked. Nothing against the servers personally, but this place is a clown operation. Clearly a management issue.
I spoke with a fellow customer who is waiting for a while like I was to order a beer. He said he almost felt afraid to order because he didn’t want to “put them out.” We were here as part of the large (1,000+) group.
Zero appreciation for customers.
Similar vibe at other restaurants at this property.
Kind of wild that this is the only place you can eat at prime late night hours and they staff it with one person.
Order from the outside and avoid this at all costs.

We made a reservation at noon for 9:00 pm. Around 7:00 pm we checked in to see if by chance we could get in earlier and the didn’t even have us down for 9. So we got back on the list and here it is 7am and I’m writing this review never having heard back from them. Grossly overpriced to hit a ball into a screen anyhow. I guess when there’s a seemingly endless supply of people with more money than brains, they can get away with such HORRIBLE customer service! My advice to anyone reading this review would be, save your money and go to a real Top Golf.

Wanted a slice of pizza to tide me over until dinner, I usually go to Regina’s but I didn’t want to walk all the way down there from fox tower just for a slice,so I tried topgolfs, got a slice of the “meat” pizza, much smaller, more expensive, and definitely not as good as Regina’s, I should have gone for the walk. Now I know, and so do you.
