Great atmosphere and unique fun games even if you are not in to golf. Are party of 6 had a blast and the staff was on point. A little pricey and your time starts as soon as you take both and not when you start playing. So we paid for 45mins just sitting and chatting

We had our kids birthday party there and had the best experience possible, much much more than I expected.
Since the beginning with Brett, he went above and beyond for us, he adjusted everything I asked and delivered a great customer service. Once I get there I was so surprised with the quality and organization I saw. The manager Alex received us with a great attitude and very attentive to my needs, always checking on us. The team serving us were AMAZING! Daron, Lexx and SJ made the experience even better, always around making sure everything was in place and clean. My guests were impressed and so were we. My kids had the best birthday ever. We couldn’t say enough about how amazing it was.

While at Topgolf in Pompano the family enjoyed a round of practice golf. The atmosphere is an experience. If you want to practice your swing at some balls you can bring friends and family or come alone. There are comfort foods that are delivered to your patio area via a server. You will have a host for your round that is helpfull with setting up the games, there are several to choose from. Children are welcomed.

This was the most amazing top golf i’ve been to, it was huge! The entire place was great, the lane we were given was huge and had a comfortable seating area. The service was so attentive and we had everything we needed at all times, the interactive games were brilliant and could be used for any level of player!

Completely unacceptable experience due to poor and hostile management at Topgolf Pompano Beach.
I reserved two bays for two hours for a group of 12 people. We were actively ordering food and drinks and were still eating when our time was ending. Since bays were available, we politely requested to extend for one additional hour, which would have resulted in continued spending.
The manager on duty, Tosin, refused and handled the situation in an extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. No explanation, no alternatives, no attempt at customer service—just an attitude that made it clear she did not care about guests or revenue.
This was not a policy issue; it was a management attitude issue. The interaction completely ruined the experience for our entire group and left us shocked at how poorly paying customers were treated.
Topgolf markets itself as a premium entertainment experience, but this location clearly does not meet that standard. Corporate leadership needs to seriously evaluate the management at this location, because based on this experience, I would strongly advise choosing a different Topgolf.
Btw l attached a picture showing that the Bay that we were using had no one after we left, so The so called manager Tosin lied to us saying that there were people on a waiting list, there is no argument against facts so that is why l’ve attached the picture.

We like topgolf so decided to try this location and it was a great experience ! Food and service was perfect for the environnement and we enjoyed our time playing. Just ordered a few things to share but I loved the queso dip (guacamole was not worth $7 tho)

Amazing experience, hands down! Front desk was very welcoming, which is very important. They explained everything and also asked what preferences we had if any.
Our server was sweet and didn’t miss a beat with drinks. They work hard for their tips and deserve them. The food was nicely presented tasty, hot and fresh. We did a party here and had an great time. This is a beautiful establishment for birthday parties, team events, date nights, conversation starters, team events or just b hanging with the family. The bays are rented by the hour and hold approx 8-10 guest but only 6 can play at a time. Keep the weather in mind because although the bays are covered and they have big fans blowing. The temperatures can cook you. They could also use more ac indoors within the bar area. The drinks are fabulous! Mac n cheese bites sliders and wings were a hit!
