Had a wonderful work event here! In a world where customer service is no longer practiced. I was so happy with the level of service I received! From entry to exit I loved it. I would recommend anyone who has the time and finances to try it. The food is GREAT! The golf games and service was exceptional. Thank you to SABRINA! Our server. She should be applauded. Publicly. Flatbread pepperoni pizza (no honey!) – has the small, crispy pepperoni. Good flavor! Fries are good! Nachos with salsa and queso is endless refills! Burgers are good. My daughter loves the chicken tenders (extra crispy!) with honey mustard. Long story short — decent, quality food. Never love their mixed drinks, particularly the white Russians (too weak, not a full glass). Service is always on point. Heaters keep it surprisingly warm, even in 30 degree weather!

I really enjoy the games the have available. The sonic and angry birds games were very fun and exciting to play especially for beginnings. The atmosphere is always nice. The food is ok… not the worst I’ve ever had… not the best… it’s just ok. I do snoopy their remixed sodas. Very unique. Overall had a great time. Came here with my husband for my birthday. I really enjoyed myself.

We definitely had an amazing and well-deserved outing. We work very hard in our demanding job, but we truly love what we do. Our nursing team leaders planned this special event just for us.

Had a great time with friends today! It was freezing but the staff there was super helpful and made sure our bay was heated well! The food and drinks were good! There was new games there like Sonic and Angry Birds. Had tons of fun, highly recommend.

We visited for the first time with a group of friends and had an amazing experience! The service was excellent, and I loved the smokehouse burger. We also enjoyed the Top Golf sangria and espresso martini. My only suggestions for improvement would be to use softer napkins and ensure the silverware and plates are cleaner or stored more effectively. Overall, a great time!

The topgolf advantages and downsides
Upsides :
-Fan playing golf
-Modern building, looks cool
-Feels very secure inside
-Good place to spend with family and kids,
most of them like it
-Clean inside
DOWNSIDES:
-Service is the biggest downside .
The waiters are not the worst, not rude , understand me right. They’re just careless.
No smile, no greeting when they meet customers. No emotions at all.
Not trying to be helpful .
– Food was OK for the bar , tried most of the things
-Drinks are not bad, slightly more expensive than in other similar places
Conclusion: Experience from Topgolf was different, we liked playing golf but we didn’t like much service.

Went this past weekend for our Indoor National Race. Walked right in they put us 3rd floor 2 lanes 6 people. Server was cool but definitely over worked. But was great with us. Ordered food and drinks got to the end of our hour and we asked to re up another hr on both lanes, we were halfway though our food and drinks. He got the manager Red Shirt, and was advised that our lanes were booked behind us so we asked if we could slide down to all the other lanes that were open to our right. He tells us there booked so we move all our stuff to the indside tables bar area, finished our food and drinks probably an hr past or more cuz we all were talking and checking up. But that whole time other then the 2 lanes we were on which got filled, no one else showed up on the one’s to the right!!! So idk we always come to that Philly Top Golf every year but thinking we gonna go to Jersey next year, very unprofessional and unorganized for the less amount of people that were there at that time of day!! Very sad and bad look specially with the automatic feedback email that I filled out Monday. For what I spent and wanted to spend more wow speechless!!!
