The service is always wonderful. Unfortunately they have just been understaffed for a while. I completely understand if it takes a while to get my order out. I work in customer service, myself and I’ve seen these employees cry over rude customers. If people can’t be patient with other businesses being under staffed then they shouldn’t go out. June 6th 2023 me and my family came in to grab a bite and to my surprise this lady cashier who’s name is Tammy was extraordinary her customer service sent chills down my spine as she paid very close attention to every detail of our order she was very fast in getting our order taken care of and made sure she called our name as I sat in the dining room I watched her cleaning up the store as she did so she made sure that we Where good my son turn around accidentally dropped his plate and she was right there already taken care of the mess and went above and beyond to make sure she had another plate ready because of this lady I will forever be coming back to your location I’ve been to alot of fast food restaurants in Central texas in the past 5 years this lady was the best employee I’ve ever seen she is most definitely a model employee and someone all fast food restaurants should pay attention to if I was the owner of this store I would definitely make her the store manager and definitely make sure she trained all my employees how to create a down home southern hospitality type of customer service so amazing keep up the great work keep grinding and keep shining

My husband just came home after going through the drive through to find one of his crunchy tacos had literally maybe half a tablespoon of meat and cheese. This is not the first time we’ve had issues with barely anything being inside the tacos. I understand having to rush during lunch time but there’s no way this is viewed as good customer service. And I’m sure when I try to call, I won’t get someone to answer.

You know every you are getting from a large chain. I needed calories now, so that’s what I got. Convenience over taste. Efficient staff who were courteous. The tea was quite good.
