Reviews
The service at Topgolf was excellent because the staff were friendly, quick to help, and made the whole experience feel smooth and welcoming. The value of the experience is strong because you get access to games, food, and a fun social space all in one place. The quality of the technology and the setup was impressive, with bright screens and comfortable seating that made everything feel modern and enjoyable. The selection of games and food options was perfect for teenagers because they could play, eat, and take pictures without ever getting bored.
As I walked around, I felt a sense of excitement that surprised me. I did not feel rushed or pressured to move quickly. I had time to look around and appreciate the details of the space, like the way the lights reflected off the golf balls or the way the laughter of teenagers filled the air. It reminded me of how important it is to have places where people can be themselves and enjoy the moment. I have lived for twenty four years, but sometimes I feel like I am still discovering what makes me feel young and connected to the world around me. Being in a place like Topgolf brought out that feeling in a natural and refreshing way. I have only visited this location one time before writing this review, but it felt like one of the most exciting and teen friendly places I have been to in a long time. I would highly recommend that teenagers go there because it gives them a place to have fun, take pictures, feel creative, and enjoy an atmosphere that supports their energy and imagination.
The manager Sai refused to accept their valid passports as ID for drink orders even though they are legal government issued documents. We were having a great time golfing and this really killed the vibe
To make matters worse our play time started before we even began and when we asked to extend our time and offered to pay we were told they were fully booked and could not give us another booth. They claimed they were too busy to accommodate us but we saw multiple empty booths sitting unused
For a place that markets itself as a fun social hangout the lack of hospitality and rigid policies were a huge letdown.
Overall a very fun activity for beginners and professionals alike.
There is a lot of food, on three levels there are bars and restaurants. Add that each group has a semi private lounge area served by a server to bring you food and drink and there is not an opportunity to hand over your credit card missed.
We were on the upper level and that is really the last place to practice your game. Even a ding looks like a great shot. If you’re serious the lower levels are for you. The targets are large and each shot is tracked exactly so you will know how you did. The balls actually have a chip in them that tracks you shots accurately. Great for practicing. Of course the games that are available on the computer have nothing to do with golf, so there’s that
It is expensive. On a off hour it was $100 for 90 minutes with 4 people, and it gets more expensive in the evenings. And food is pricey. You can always say no to the server, but your there and why not by a round or some wings or…you get it. I’m sure the average is well over $300 or higher for a group.
The clubs that are at each lounge area are well worn callaways, and are like swinging with a fence post. You can bring your own, but again this is an amusement park not real driving range.
If you’ve got a group and don’t know what to do and every one is even mildly active this is a fun night or afternoon. Wouldn’t do it as a weekly thing, and your better off at a driving range and a bucket of balls, but this is group fun.
