This was a great place for kids and adults. Very interactive and fun! Great service and good food! The computers are a bit slow, so the game play with 6 people is throttled. It may have been better if we split our group up into 2 bays.

Great fun in a sheltered outdoor/indoor space with 3 floors of golf, food, and spirits. Definitely an appropriate place for people of all ages and family gatherings. A top spot for a birthday celebration for those that golf.

We visited Topgolf San Jose with a reservation, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Our bay was ready on time, and appointments were well respected. The venue is clean, vibrant, and filled with people enjoying the game. The staff was polite, attentive, and helpful throughout our visit. The food was delicious and perfectly complemented the fun atmosphere while playing. Overall, we had a fantastic time at this great hangout spot and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an enjoyable outing.

Yesterday Saturday December 6th, we celebrated my daughter’s 13th birthday with her five friends at Topgolf from 6:00 to 7:30 PM. This was intended to be a fun and memorable experience; however, it unfortunately turned into a disappointing one.
Our reservation time was 5:45 PM, and we received a text directing us to Bay 114. We had requested a second- or third-floor bay, as the children prefer those levels. We were informed that availability on those floors would require waiting until approximately 6:30 PM, which would have shortened our reserved time. We therefore agreed to proceed with a first-floor bay if needed.
After waiting around 15 minutes, we were reassigned to a second-floor bay (Bay 240) at approximately 6:00 PM. We began playing around 6:10 PM, at which point the system displayed only 96 minutes of remaining time instead of the full 120 minutes we had booked.
We immediately brought this to the attention of the manager, who assured us the issue would be corrected. One of the staff members attempted to fix the problem by adding 30 minutes; however, the system repeatedly malfunctioned. Scores disappeared, the game paused multiple times, and play was constantly interrupted.
Despite several attempts by both staff and management to resolve the issue and extend our time, the disruptions continued. Ultimately, we paid approximately $120 for less than 90 minutes of interrupted play. The experience was frustrating, and my daughter and her friends were so disappointed that they chose to leave before the session ended.

We love this place. We are being treated by my wife’s cousin and her husband so we did not spend any money. 2nd time we went to this one and the first time we were in the first floor. I recommend reserving the top like this awesome couple did for us. We had a blast playing up there. The food, service, facility and the atmosphere is great. If you don’t mind spending some of your xtra cash for your family, this place is awesome.

This place is phenomenal you will have such a fun time in the shade in the comfort of your reserved spot amongst other players who are having just as much as fun as you are!! the vibe by this amazing and I absolutely am having such a fun time with my family. It’s a great spot if you want to have a weekend out chill/ laid back environment and everyone who works here is very sweet. If you’ve never been here you got to give it a chance. I will specifically never spend another dollar at this top golf location because of an interaction I had with a manager, and I will actively advise friends not to go there either. She was completely unnecessarily curt with our party, out of nowhere, and ruined what was up until that point s very fun afternoon. This person should not be customer facing as she clearly doesn’t have the right attitude to interact with customers.

Topgolf is one of those places where you can show up with zero golf skills and still somehow feel like a pro after the first swing. The whole vibe is fun, relaxed, and just chaotic enough to feel alive without stressing you out. Booking through the app is easy, and you can even add requests like “no kids please” or “avoid placing us next to the birthday party where someone is inevitably screaming into a cupcake.” They usually try to help out, which is sweet because nobody wants to practice their swing while a toddler is having an existential crisis. The bays are comfy, and the atmosphere is lively in that “people are having fun but no one is losing their mind” kind of way. It works for small hangouts, big groups, and everything in between. Drinks are cold, the pub-style food hits the spot, and the whole place somehow convinces you that nachos and golf are a natural pairing. The games are simple, satisfying, and forgiving enough that you won’t question your life choices. Even if you’re not a golfer, it’s basically self-entertaining; half the fun is watching your friends celebrate a lucky shot like they just won the Masters. Overall, it’s the kind of place where you can unwind, laugh, and enjoy the night without needing a detailed plan or natural athletic talent.

We had a great time at Topgolf as a family! The kids absolutely loved it, and it turned out to be a totally worthwhile experience – especially if you go during happy hour. There are multiple game options, so the two hours we rented flew by. The food was decent, pretty much what you’d expect from a sports bar-style menu. Just a heads-up: if you’re visiting on a February night in California, it can get a bit chilli – bring a jacket!
