This was some of the beat pizza I’ve had in philly. We came her for lunch one day and the pizza came out fresh and good crunch to it. Prices were very reasonable, they also have $5 well drinks during happy hour. I would recommend if you like great pizza.

The food was very good. I had a chicken cheesesteak with fries. My friend had pizza for the both of us to share.

Upstairs bar area is a great vibe! Decent amount of TV screens to catch a game and service was prompt & friendly. Decor of the place was cool!

The food was heavily overcooked. It was cold inside and the toilets were a bit of a mess and the pizza was kind of odd. But the waitress and the bouncer on the door were both lovely!

Got a replacement for my Sundae, so a small cookie sandwich is worth $13 (which you could get around the corner from Scoop DeVille…for about half that price)

Pizza is normally good here, but get your sides and desserts elsewhere

Hidden Gem for a Killer Philly Cheesesteak – Top Tomato Bar

Tucked away in the heart of the city, Top Tomato Bar is an absolute hidden gem—especially if you’re hunting for the perfect Philly cheesesteak. From the very first bite, I knew I found something special. The ribeye was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. Add in that smooth, melty Cooper sharp cheese, and it’s game over. It practically melts in your mouth and leaves you wanting more. The grilled onions gave it the right touch of sweetness, and the toasted roll held it all together like a true classic.

But it doesn’t stop there. I also tried a slice of the Buffalo pizza and Sam’s Special—both were top-tier. Crispy crust, flavorful toppings, and that perfect balance of cheese and sauce. Pizza lovers won’t be disappointed.

The service? Outstanding. Friendly, quick, and welcoming. You can tell this place has regulars—and for good reason. There’s even an upstairs space, which I can only imagine gets packed and rowdy in the best way on game days.

I’ll absolutely be back—especially for that cheesesteak. Philly, take note: Top Tomato Bar is the real deal

As someone newly gluten-free, finding a place that gets it while also nailing the sports-bar energy feels like spotting a unicorn… and Top Tomato is that unicorn.

Immaculate game-day vibes? ✅
Music that somehow knows exactly what I want to hear? ✅
Gluten-free options that don’t feel like an afterthought? BIG ✅

I didn’t once feel like I was “settling,” which is basically the highest compliment a gluten-free person can give. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was buzzing, and I could actually relax, eat, and enjoy the game without playing ingredient roulette.

Massive gratitude to Top Tomato for proving that great sports bars can be inclusive, delicious, and fun all at once. You’ve officially earned a very loyal (and very thankful) gluten-free fan.

Can’t believe what I got delivered compared to what they have pictured for their traditional and buffalo chicken pizzas. Looks like the worst lunch room pizza I’ve ever had and the buffalo pizza doesn’t even have all the ingredients they advertise. The only reason pieces are missing is because I tried to bake some of them longer in the oven because the cheese was barely melted in most spots.

I usually just leave a review when I get bad food, but for the first time ever, I felt compelled to call the store and share how bad this experience was. Paid $50 for this abomination after adding gluten free crust, fees, and taxes. Don’t waste your money.

20/10 The service was great. The food was delicious. An the atmosphere was very relaxed, mature, and chic but classy. The establishment was clean. The price for 6 drinks and 6 appetizers was under $100 during happy hour. Definitely will be going back. Oh and the lower level is kid friendly due to them having a pizza shop below and a bar area upstairs it is accommodating to children as well.

Grandma (Sicilian) Pizza 6.3/10. Needed more sauce. Maybe a normal slice is better. Cheese steak egg rolls were ok, could have been filled more. BBQ sauce on the boneless wings were good. Atmosphere is city so it is what it is. Service personnel were very friendly. Wait time for food was normal.
