This is the worst McDonald’s I have been in. The first time my husband had to go up and get our ice coffee, they were sitting in the drive thru. We decided to give them another chance. We place an order at 7:35, we got our food a little after that. The girl just dropped our food onto the table. We didn’t get our ice coffee, we waited and waited and still no ice coffee. We decided to get a refund at 7:55, because we still have our coffee. The manger was trying to cheat us on our refund.

So I went through the drive thru and ordered the bkfst burrito meal with large unsweetened tea. I confirmed it was an unsweetened tea when they handed it to me. Started on wY home and yep…was a sweet tea! Went back and went in to get it rectified. Young female Mgr ignored me at first, then came over to see what I needed. I explained the situation very nicely. She proceeded to grab another cup and just handed it to me. No apology for the inconvenience or anything! I filled yhe glass up with unsweetened tea and left but felt like this was handled very poorly. I didn’t want anything extra, just a sincere apology and my unsweetened tea. 1 out of 2 is better than nothing but with that kind of customer service I am dure this will happen again and again! Mistakes happen but they don’t even try to make it right and address the problem with the service workers! Shameful!

Worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever ate. First of all, my medium drink only had literally 3 ice cubes in it. They also did not provide a straw so I asked for more ice and a straw. The lady looked annoyed but she grabbed the drink and brought it back to me. It looked as if she dumped some of the tea out and put very few ice in it. Whatever, I was ready to leave already. Then I ate a fry and it was the worst mcdonald’s fries I had ever eaten. They were disgusting and tasted like nasty fry oil. I had to throw half my food away. Never eating at this mcdonald’s again.

Multiple times and this location seems to always get everything wrong. Don’t ask me how it happened but they managed to put mustard on my Big Mac. The Fry’s that I got the last time I went were like mashed potatoes with some kind of form. It is horrible. I think they have too many teenagers working there that don’t know what the heck they are doing.
