Best wings of 2025 says Tampa Mag so naturally I must check it out myself. I’m glad I did I’ll say that much.
The wings I ordered are smoked and were the house flavor which is a combo of Buffalo and Carolina Gold sauces. It was very good and all drums. The other order was their Garlic Parm which was great but I wish there was more of a buttery/garlic parm sauce to it. There was some on there but I wish it was kinda smothered in it. Maybe next time I’d get some on the side. I ordered a side of fries that were cooked perfectly as well.
The service was great and parking is tight.
I’d def come back even though I prefer breaded wings and try other sauces.

I have heard enough about their wings and had to go find out for myself.
Parking today was easy, but you can tell that it could get interesting with it being a down town restaurant. We were greeted as soon as we opened the door and promptly seated. Service was great and the food was amazing.
We ended up having a quick conversation with the owner and he was as friendly as you would expect. The only issue we could find was he was wearing an FSU pullover… Sir… This is Bulls territory!
But seriously, everyone was super friendly and the wings did not disappoint! Everything was cooked correctly, came out promptly and hit the spot. We got the Mac and cheese for my little. We split the ahi stack and wings.
Zero complaints!

Among their many items to choose from, I would recommend their Soon to be Famous Wings. They are not the typical Buffalo wing available everywhere. The flavor and preparation make them worth the trip alone. We also had an excellent burger and brisket sandwich. The ambiance is great and they have plenty of t.v.s set upon for viewing sporting events.

I came here on a Sunday with my friends and we had a great dinner! The staff was very accommodating to us sitting outside even though it was chilly, they set up a heater outside for us. Food was delicious and our waitress Katiana was very nice and attentive. I had the power bowl and it was delicious!

After checking other reviews, I stopped for dinner at the Top Shelf Sports Lounge in Wesley Chapel before continuing on my travels the next day. My table overlooked the ice rink. I got the power play salad, which was delicious and pretty. It had cabbage, kale, quinoa, cucumber, carrots, tomatoes, feta, almonds, red onion and a light citrus dressing.I got cauliflower bites on top, which were perfectly done and flavorful, and I can’t say enough about how good the drink was. I got the “That’s Empressive” made with Empress gin, St Germaine, blueberry simple syrup, lime, prosecco, and mint. It was perfect and not too sweet. I highly recommend this establishment.

Food was very, very good — a true American food experience. The hamburger was honestly delicious, cooked perfectly and super flavorful. Service was also great, friendly and attentive.
I was especially surprised by the tuna tartare — I didn’t have high expectations for it at a sports bar, but it was actually really good, fresh and so tasty. Definitely exceeded expectations.
Would absolutely come back!

If you’re looking for the perfect mid-week pick-me-up, Taco Tuesday at Top Shelf Sports Lounge absolutely delivers!! The tacos were great! Fresh, flavorful, and something for everyone. Pair them with one of their drink specials, and it’s hard not to feel like you got an incredible deal. Service is another highlight, request a margarita from Mario and you won’t regret it! Weekly must visit!

Always have a great experience at Top Shelf downtown. Great quality, delicious food and great service. Wings are grilled and amazing. Power Play with grilled chicken is my go-to lunch meal. You won’t be disappointed.

I was invited to this influencer event by a friend and had an absolute blast! I’ve visited their original location in Wesley Chapel once but it was a far drive after enjoying some drinks. This location is right in Downtown Tampa, so much closer to home! I had no idea their chicken wings won #1 in Tampa Bay and after trying them I know why
Once inside it’s pretty spacious and vibrant with TVs playing a variety of sports. They have a ton of fun cocktails to choose from, but if you’re looking for something different the bartender can whip up a drink to your preferred taste – thanks Mario!!
