My first time at a hot pot. Pricing can be confusing but had an amazing time!! Staff were fantastic! Lots of options and great if you are an adventurous foodie!

The food is alright compared to the other chain bbq/hot pot places.
The cuts of ribeye and sirloin(?) were definitely smaller and thinner compared to others.
The pork belly we got was flaky, which was weird.
They have a nice little hot foods bar though, so that’s a plus.
Service could’ve been better. Maybe the servers were new but they were Definitely inattentive. Could’ve been because we had a large group and tip was already included.
Would I go again? Prob not.

My favorite dishes were the Beef Bulgogi and the amazing Creme Mango Boba Tea. Claire (our waitress) made dinner fun and added to the calm and chill atmosphere. Will definitely come again!

Absolutely amazing food and service! Our server, Nhi, was super kind, attentive, and funny! They really helped us feel welcome. They had our food out by the time we were back from the sauce bar even though we asked for a ton!
The food was delicious! I especially recommend the short rib and the house special sauce combo!
Big shout out to Nhi! Because of how awesome and cool they were, we are definitely looking to come back as soon as we can!

First time at Top Pot and it won’t be the last. Claire was a welcoming employee that made the experience great for my family and I. Celebrating a diner’s birthday and was able to get a free meal for our table. We had BBQ only and the food came out quickly. Claire was attentive and have us suggestions on what to order. You have a great asset with Claire on your team. I know she’s a budding worker so I’m not sure you’ll be able to keep her forever. Do so as long as possible.

Great spot for your kkb fix, was craving some food and glad to see this place was open til 11pm on a saturday. Cheaper than most bbq places and its AYCE, they have a larger menu. If you’re feeling like hotpot, they have even bigger menu.

Absolutely love this place. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you’re craving hot pot or kbbq.
The pricing is very reasonable especially since its all you can eat. Compared to other hot pot spots in the area you really get your money’s worth here. The staff is attentive, organized, and keeps things moving smoothly even when it’s busy, which I appreciate.
I also like that the restaurant runs things professionally and consistently. Just a solid dining experience every time. It’s clear they care about keeping standards fair and the experience enjoyable for everyone.
I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always dependable, which is why I keep coming back. If you’re looking for good food, good value, and a place that knows what it’s doing, this is it.

I’ve dined at numerous Korean bbq and hot pot restaurants sround the country and this restaurant is in the top 10% of my choices.
The service is friendly and attentive and the bbq & hot pot selections have always been very fresh.
The buffet appetizers have a nice selection as well as the make your own dipping sauce station.
I frequently bring larger groups of family and friends here to dine and they have been impressed and had a great time.
The atmosphere is casual and cozy.

Went there today for lunch. Overall, we are happy about the experience. The interior is really nice and service is friendly and efficient.
I mainly have three reservations: 1) Comparing to their counterparts, Top Pot is utterly lacking in desserts. Other than fruit, there’s absolutely no dessert choice. 2) The introduction of “no food waste” could be shorter. Honestly with their AYCE format (you order from the menu instead of the buffet style), it’s easy for the restaurant to control waste. 3) My chicken broth is extremely salty to the extent that using any sauce was literally impossible.
I don’t mind giving them another try, but the no dessert part really turns me off.
