Stopped in for lunch today the person walking us to the table did not offer us the ability to choose a hand cut stake out of the showcase. These hand cut steaks are at a premium price. I actually had to stop the person and say hey I’d like to pick out a steak. This seem like a problem to them. After picking out my steak we were escorted to our table, thankfully, our waitress was spot on. She quickly made up for the experience we just encountered. I did explain to her and the manager would it happen. They were very apologetic, but didn’t really focus on who the person was. This leads me to believe there was no follow up. All in all, my steak was very good, cooked perfect and the yeast rolls were hot and fresh. I’m only giving 1 star for service because the very first person you meet sets the tone for the entire meal.

Good food, not bad. They gave us the wrong meal for our kids, sent it back and they didnt bring the proper meal out until 5 minutes after we were all done eating. They waiter told us if they mess up the new, corrected order goes to the back of the line. Pretty crazy to me that we have to wait for their mistake, especially a kids order. Dirty floors and bathrooms. I saw a staff member walking around with an iPad quite a few times, maybe he could have picked up a broom.

I like this restaurant and food is generally good, but I do not recommend the promo they do sometimes for the family of 4 meal $30. What was fine: 4 pieces of chicken to be expected (needed bbq sauce or something though because it was dry), at least 6 rolls (I forgot to count), and butter. The cons: the sides and the salad/dressing. The corn and mashed potatoes were not enough for a family of 4 and the salad was like a salad for 1 maybe 2 people! With one very small side of dressing…so if it was for 4 people, you would think you’d have 4 very small sides of dressing (plus a lot more salad). Disappointed and won’t be doing that again. But we will be back to the restaurant, love their salad with ranch and baked potatoes.

Our waitress was great! Super friendly and helpful with the menu/choices. The atmosphere was laid back on a Thursday evening around 4pm
I ordered the fort Worth ribeye cooked medium rare with steamed fresh vegetables and loaded mashed potatoes, My husband ordered the fort Worth ribeye cooked medium with rice and loaded mashed potatoes. Our sides were wonderful and the steak was good but it had a lot of fat and was really chewy And just wasn’t seared to my perfection and I am a steak lover! Would still eat there again but possibly be more specific one how I want my steak cooked. My husband said the same thing about his steak as well!
I also had two Long Island iced teas and they were amazing!

Ordered a middle rare prime rib. Prime rib is awful . Pay 29.00 and can’t eat it. Broccoli is so hard that you can not bite it. So disappointing that you pay $75 to eat and you can eat the meal. Why give someone a great meal not they pick up? They can’t complain about it if they are not eating in house.

It was a weekend and the wait time was forty minutes but overall good time with good food. The service was pleasant and we received everything we ordered. I loved my ceaser salad, the bread and then I got my bone rib eye. It was not as good as it normally is, I am not sure what it was, but I felt it was good but not as great as I remember it. I could have had a bad taste day but that’s the only reason I gave the food a 4 Stat. The atmosphere was nice but so many people can make you feel a tiny bit overwhelmed but once again please note we had a good time. Thank you and we liked our drinks as well

Great food, unfortunately this location is one of the locations that doesn’t offer the fried mushrooms appetizer. However my go-to country fried chicken was available and very tasty. This end of Aug. ’25 visit was definitely a great one. My flt crew CA Jake n FO Luke and my FA2 Ms. D were awesome and fun. Unfortunately, it was “go-home” day so I could only order a mocktail, however… it didn’t disappoint. I ordered the tropical breeze alcohol free mocktail I highly recommend it. Honestly I may have to order a mocktil from now on with my lemon water. Please enjoy the pictures and videos I’ve attached to this review and get yourself a mocktail on your next visit. This is one of the places I go to for a good steak and loaded sweet potato but today was not great when it came to cooking or preparing my food. I asked for medium and my steak was cooked well done. My loaded sweet potato had no cinnamon or anything in it. They just put marshmallows on top. They recooked the steak and brought me another sweet potato. This sweet potato was given to me with the brown sugar on top of the marshmallows, I have never been served one that looked like that. Everything is under the marshmallows. I expressed to the manager nothing was done right at all for me. She did not offer a discount or anything for their mistakes. I think I will go to Long Horn from now on. Long Horn will admit there mistakes and make up for them. The manger should have taken my ticket for as long as I had to wait.

We frequently come for dinner here over the last 15 years. I’ve brought many clients for lunch here as well. Last night we came in for a rushed birthday dinner for me. My wife and I had a well prepared meal that tasted wonderful as usual. This review is more about our server Nikoll. We have never experienced the Professionalism, Attentiveness and simply put a true sense of genuine kindness we experienced with Nikoll as our waitress! Thank you for making our evening so lovely!!! I have no doubt that your service and kindness melted away our busy day so that we could enjoy our night. We will be calling ahead from now on with the hope your working. We were at Texas Steakhouse tonight on New Year’s Eve! Got us to our table in a reasonable amount of time. Were very courteous and the restaurant was clean. The service with Chris was great! Took good care of us. Our steaks were cooked as requested and delicious. The steaks are so much better than Outback and Longhorn. Just look at the line of people waiting to get in. A great indicator!
