Social Profile:

Top of the 80’s Restaurant sits right on top of the mountain, giving you the view of a lifetime. The fall foliage is a spectacular and heatwarming sight. In the winter, watching the snow fall from our dining room is like watching a white, winter wonderland. In early spring you can see doe and their fawn feeding on the green grass. During the summer you can see for miles with the clear blue skies.

Upscale American restaurant & lounge featuring sweeping valley views from its windows & patio.

What a great Valentines Day Dinner at this restraunt last night. Its been many years since I have been there so sometimes things change and not for the better. However, this is still the same great place I remember it to be. They aso had live entertainment and we left with a Carnation which was a nice touch. The steak I had was probably the best I had in a long time in the area. It was a great experience.

Incredible views; this is a must visit date night on a clear evening. The food was great, the potato pancakes were definitely worth the hype! Very heavy, perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy! Will definitely be returning for more of the potato pancakes! I had the chicken piccata for my entree and also tried the calamari!

We really enjoyed our dinner with a view of the valley. The service was just right. It was interesting watching the clouds come in and create a curtain of fog just before a downpour. Then with our delicious dinner served we watched the weather clear. The Chicken Franchise was done tender, flavorful. The Veal Parmigiana was just as well prepared and filling. If you want a window seat it is advised to make reservations. The owner has so many wonderful menu choices.
Personally, the decor could use updating.

We hadn’t been here for a while and decided last minute to drop in. This was an excellent decision. I forgot how good the food was. The service was excellent. We will be back soon. The views of the valley are worth it alone.

Not sure ifni went on the wrong night but was not worth the price. Asked for a table but was seated at the bar. Ordered the grilled filet mignon and it was tougher than I’ve ever had. The tempature was okay but was not worth the price. Overall was not worth the cost and wasnt the best atmosphere either.

Magnificent view, great pours, courteous staff. The service from Wanda was beyond first rate and the medium-rare cut of prime rib (available Fri-Sun. only!) was the best we’ve ever had. This is a laid-back 70s-80s atmosphere with a solo guitarist spinning tunes nearby. Honestly, this was the best dining experience I’ve had in many years. It’s literally steps from the Hampton Inn, so do yourself a favor and grab a reservation at Top of the 80’s before checking in.

Next to the hotel where I’m staying, I decided to check out the restaurant. The view was amazing! The hostess made sure I got a good view of the valley. The food is a bit pricey, but the Caesar salad was huge and the tiramisu was absolutely delicious!

Nice restaurant, definitely upper class dining. The restaurant is “outdated” by some peoples standards but is a bit of a throwback. Everything is clean and well maintained. It’s hard to judge a restaurant on food quality based on one meal and experience. My first time at this restaurant I ordered the Turkey dinner with coleslaw. Very good. Turkey was flavorful and moist rolled with stuffing in the middle. Will definitely be visiting again.
