Staff is super kind, patient and respectful, plenty of seating including outdoor seating. The price of drinks is pretty dope as well. I love the lighting, super comfy and chill. Nice spot on the east side of tacoma to either hang by yourself or a group of friends. Easy to communicate, nothing is too loud, definite recommened

We had a large party of 10, the bar was sort of busy, so our order taking kept getting delayed. Food came and it was good! Went for brunch menu and $6 mimosas!

Top of Tacoma is a local treat for drinks and dinner with your high school buddies from the 90’s. Great menu with some of the best tacos in town, huge selection of fresh cold beers on tap, and a vibe that brings out the snowboarder skate-punk metal-head in all of us. The nachos are to die for, on their delicious all around “can’t go wrong” menu. The décor is distinctively of local artists, vintage 90’s punk rock shows flyers and a sticker collection to envy. The walls are authentically decorated with 90’s show flyers, local skateboarding photography, local artwork, sticker collections, and an extensive Rainier Beer can collection. Prominent local painter, sculptor and mural artist Jeremy Gregory is featured in Top of Tacoma’s art collection. When the bar opened in the early 2000’s, Jeremy Gregory was kind enough to generously donate numerous pieces and reproductions to the art collection. It’s q must see when visiting Tacoma. So bring your friends! Eat, Drink and Rock out at Top of Tacoma!

We go here A LOT but lately, it’s just been all downhill. We were told for years that there were no pitchers and now there are and apparently they’ve “always had them”. We routinely get charged for more beverages than we’ve ordered and more recently, things are ringing up at significantly higher prices than are advertised. I LOVE the top, but I don’t love the haphazard service they’ve had lately. I think we’ll be taking a break. Dusty’s wings are just as good and every day of the week.

It’s been years since I last stepped foot in the top. Man how I’ve missed this place. Atmosphere is still electric and the employees are freaking awesome! The food was and still is amazing. Thanks Top Of Tacoma, thanks for staying exactly how I remember you.

It’s hard to describe how much I love this place. Great drinks and great food! I’ve been consistently going since I moved to the area 9 years ago. I appreciate that they always make my bloody Mary just like I like it, extra spicy! When friends and family come visit we always take them to the Top and it’s the first place we take our kids when they turn 21.
