My family stopped here because of the excellent reviews. We were all pretty disappointed with our meals. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak omelette that was very bland. The hashbrowns were the best part of the meal. My brother got French toast and scrambled eggs and the eggs had no seasoning at all. The restaurant itself was cozy, but needed some help. The ceiling was falling down in places and the bathrooms were dirty. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

7.1.23 our 1st time and we loved the entire experience. We love divey places and this was great. The staff was most welcoming and friendly. Our coffees came out hot and fast. We heard the corned beef was homemade so tried that and it was delicious. Overall it was a wonderful breakfast that was both filling, flavorful, and quick. Thank you for the great service.

We had our niece visiting from Vermont and when she visits we like to try different breakfast places. Today we decided to try Top O the Mornin’. When we pulled up from outside appearances we hesitated on going in. The place is very tired on the outside. I convinced the girls to give it a try. The inside is also tired, looks like it might have been a bar at one point. I actually like places like this and they didn’t disappoint. I ordered a BLT and the girls both ordered eggs, with hash browns and toast. We also ordered coffees all around. Our meals were delivered quickly and all looked great. My BLT was spot on, bacon was cooked just right, lettuce and tomato were fresh, surprisingly. The girls both enjoyed their breakfast. The little muffins were a treat . We all liked the toast. The shredded style hash browns we ok, we prefer greasy potatoes coated in paprika and ketchup. That’s just our personal preference and not a knock against what was served here. Service was friendly, fast and attentive. I like being constantly offered coffee and the staff was spot on. We will definitely be back for try at their other menu items. Again don’t let the appearance put you off, you’re going here for a good breakfast and that’s what you get.

Good looking place, cute, but the food was astoundingly bland. Nothing on my plate had seasoning, but my husband said his French toast was kinda cinnamony. Considering the entire clientele was elderly, I guess that shouldn’t be super surprising. Interior was very nice and cozy and cute, though the ceiling was falling down in the main dining area. Service was great!

Be coming here for over 20 years, was consistent always great they made lots of improvements inside. I try to come here whenever I have a meal to eat in the area. The serve breakfast and lunch. Not the best curb appeal but the food definitely makes up for it. Always good daily specials

Glad I stopped in here for breakfast while driving through. Great food, great service and the best coffee I had so far this trip. I liked the coffee so much, I brought a pound (they’ll sell it ground or beans).
Specials were tempting (always have a fish dish on a Friday) but I went with the short stack and a couple of eggs. I didn’t eat lunch that day.

This has been one of my favorite breakfast spots for years!!! Everything is always fresh and delicious, staff is always friendly and it’s the cutest atmosphere! My favorites are their omelets, cinnamon raisin French toast, bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin(when you ask for over medium, they do it right!!) and the hash their way! Coffee, lunch and dinner is good too! 10/10 every time, dine in or take out, I order from here at least once a week!
