Every time that I eat here I’m blown away by the amount of flavor they are able to get in all of the different meats. To date I have not been disappointed and am constantly comparing other places to this place and still have haven’t eaten anywhere else barbecue wise that I would pick over them.
Absolutely delicious! And as previously mentioned in another post about this place, please do not forget about the banana pudding, , probably the best I’ve had and I’ve had a lot. Get here if you haven’t been I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.
Oh, before I forget, we had the brisket sandwich today and it was amazing!
2 meats 2 sides $24 before tax. comparatively where are you going to get these portions for that price? Exactly! Don’t miss out on some great food and some good old Customer Service.

Be sure to check these guys out!!! We tried it for the first time today and are hooked. We each got a two meat platter to have a nice mix of meats and sides. Everything we tried was a hit! Good prices and large portions. Plus the guys are great and gave us a sample before our order to help guide us towards an amazing lunch. Can’t wait to come back.

The Smoked Brisket is off the hook , smokey, moist, tender, the flavor is incredible. The ribs are awesome, great bark, nice tug, moist and just the right amount of firmness. The sides are delicious.
Pop, Ryan, and the Team are always havin’ fun and create a great vibe in addition to the excellent BBQ and other offerings.
You can sample before ordering, they have combo meals, the Brisket Burger is really really really good, the Beef Rib is on a different planet, waay over the top !!

So happy to have found Top Notch! We got there just before closing and got lucky that what we wanted was still available. They sell out often, so now we now to get there early for the full menu. I had the two meat platter with brisket & pulled pork, coleslaw and potato salad. The pork and brisket were absolutely delicious! Sides were good. Husband had the rib platter. Those ribs were so tender! They had great flavor and the meat fell off the bones. He had the same sides, and really liked the potato salad.
They gave us samples of the sausage & pork, and that sausage is to die for!! They gave us a couple of links which will be delicious with eggs in the morning.
They are so friendly, they clearly love what they do. We can’t wait to go back!

This food truck had the best food I’ve ever put in my mouth. ALL of it was amazing….the Ribs, pulled pork, sausage, chicken, Brisket….it ALL was out of this world! Oh, and the baked beans, potato salad, and Mac and cheese were awesome as well. I will certainly be eating here again, again, and…again. lol

Incredibly disappointed. Nearly 30 dollars for a plate of food that was absolutely disgusting. The ribs tasted like they were dipped in motor oil (smoker is filthy) and the brisket was basically one clump of fat. And before the owners come back with the “that’s how bbq tastes” , spare me. I have had bbq all over the country and this was by far the worst. Strongly recommend against spending your money here.
Edit: responding to owner….no confusion at all. The truck was at Lowe’s on 41 in port Charlotte. I got 2 meats 2 sides. Ribs, brisket, double Mac, and 2 cokes. The cokes were the best thing, cause how can you screw up a can of soda

I’ve had barbecue all across the country. You found a little piece of Texas right here in South Florida. Great job to the owners. He really really has this figured out. I put his brisket out there with the top ones I’ve had in Texas. And if you like chicken, you’re gonna have to drive a little while to find something that can compete with this guys!!

Great Texas brisket with very accommodating service. Almost missed it following Google directions but thankfully saw the food truck and BBQ trailer. The smokey beans are really flavorful!
