My wife and I finally made it out to Pie Cucina. The atmosphere of the place is like a villa tucked away in a the odd town of Blairsville. The wait staff was friendly, but the food was awesome. You just don’t find good Italian like this very often. We had the calamari and artichokes for starters. The marina and the olive oil and garlic sauce was fantastic. Then I had the chicken a la Adam that was absolutely delicious with Shrimp, capers, bacon, tomatoes, artichokes in the same buttery oil and garlic sauce. We will certainly be back to try other items on the menu and take in the hidden gem this place offers.

Excellent food, nice restaurant and fantastic service. Have been here on multiple occasions with several people. Large menu with many different choices from fish, pasta, salads and more. Plus additional daily specials and early bird items. Excellent desserts too. Service was very quick and foods prepared perfectly. Highly recommended. Can be a little difficult to find from 22. Use your GPS. Will return! Highly recommended.

We recently planned a party here. Working with the owner was the worst experience I’ve ever had – she is rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. She changed prices twice, we ran out of food items at the event, and there were not enough seats set up to start the party even though the exact number was confirmed on my part multiple times. Thank goodness our waitress was amazing and the food was decent (although it’s hard to mess up basic appetizers)! Never again will I give this lady business!

Visiting family in Homer City. My aunt and uncle hosted a family dinner for 13 people here on 10/20/18. The food was good (3-4 stars). The main issue was the restaurant was understaffed on several levels. At 7pm when we were seated, there were only 3-4 other tables with customers. By 7:45pm there were only 2 other seated tables besides ours. The point being, the restaurant was largely empty on a Saturday night.
When our meals came out, 11 people were served within a few minutes of each other. 2 others were waiting. The 12th person’s meal came out 7-8 minutes later. My cousin’s meal (he was sitting next to me) came out about 10-15 minutes later. At that point everyone was either finished or almost finished when he was served. He ordered the same dish as 1-2 other people at the table.
We were not in a rush – but it was surprising that management didn’t apologize or offer to comp the very late meal. Our waitress was very pleasant, but she appeared to be handling most of the seated tables. The kitchen needed help. Would definitely go back the next time we are in PA visiting family. However the staffing levels are not commensurate with the prices.

Blairsville’s best kept secret. A quaint restaurant decorated with treasures serving delicious food by great servers! What more can you ask for? We have dined here many times over the years and always leave full and happy! One of our favorites.

This is place is rediculous. Our first time there tonight and everything was amazing. The food is like next level good, seriously. We have been to a bunch of restaurants in the area, and this little place we never heard of crushed them all. There is little point in eating out anywhere else, I am blown away by the place, simply outstanding.

Ownership needs to do a lot better job and be more conscious of handicap accessible entrances as you step inside there is elevation changes that for a handicapped person getting around does not fare well for them. Brick pavers on the outside we’re all uneven and very hard to walk across. there was one exit door that was locked that could have made the trip out to the parking lot a lot shorter. the food there wasn’t really the very best, I would certainly look around in the area for another restaurant to have a party at and would consider this restaurant as my last resort.

Excellent service and food!
Very surprised to have this level of food and service! I consider myself somewhat of a italian restaurant connoisseur as I am from upstate NY and have a huge italian family and there is a huge italian population in Rochester. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone. Service was excellent and never waited more than a few moments between meals/drinks. I got mussels and clams diavolo for an appetizer and it was probably the best I’ve had. For dinner I ordered the Veal Joseph and that was excellent as well. Couldn’t have been more happy with this place. The place itself is very beautiful as well. Finally, the price was more than fair. For beer, appetizer and dinner….$36. I left a $10 tip as I felt it was well worth it.
