Richard the owner plays favorites on how he changes or cuts in line. He don’t give refunds. You wait hours to get your food. The staff aren’t trained properly. Hires homeless people to work for him. Don’t pay taxes on his income or employees.

My husband and I make Top Dog Grill our usual every other Saturday night stop! The food is incredibly tasty, the staff is so friendly and personable, the lines move fast, and you still always get exactly what you ordered! They blow all the downtown late night eats out of the water, and I would (and have) Highly recommend them to any hungry downtown pedestrian.

Horrible experience tonight. Waited 1hr and 45 minutes and watched others cut to get food faster. Its a simple system to write numbers on receipts and then ensure it’s fair. Also will not give refunds even when politely asked. They stated It’s against their policy.

Wish I could give them less than one star. We ordered food, they were friendly. As we waited, we saw one of them light a cigarette and smoke directly next to where the food was cooking. When I told them it was rude, disgusting and a heath code violation to be smoking directly next to the food, they laughed it off like it was no big deal. I will NEVER visit their establishment again.
