Top Deck was one of the highlights of our trip to Savannah! The food, drinks, staff and atmosphere were top notch. Zach and Jess were super kind and helpful, provided excellent service and hospitality. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking out onto the river and the gorgeous views. Great way to enjoy an afternoon! We especially liked the pork wings- definitely a must try when you go. Top Deck is definitely a gem of Savannah!

The views are beautiful! They have indoor and outdoor seating. We chose outdoor! You can sit on the shady side or at the table with a big awning covering them! The server was wonderful and made it so fun. The drinks were incredible! We got a couple appetizers to snack on. The pretzel was delicious. The charcuterie board was amazing! The local honeycomb was a great touch!

I had an excellent experience at Top Deck. The view alone makes it worth the visit — the river, the ships, and the overall atmosphere create one of the best spots in Savannah to relax and enjoy the evening. The drinks were fun and creative, and the deals they offer are honestly hard to beat for a place with a view like this.
Zoe was our bartender, and she made the whole experience even better. She was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable about the menu. She gave great recommendations and made each drink perfectly. It’s always nice when you can tell a bartender actually cares about the craft and the guests.
We watched the football game while we were there, and Top Deck turned out to be an awesome spot for it — good energy, great service, and plenty of space to see the screen without feeling crowded.
Overall, highly recommend. Great views, great drinks, great staff. I’ll definitely be back.

It seems like rooftop bars are the new fad and some are definitely better than others. This spot is fantastic! We didn’t order any food so I cannot give any review or rating for that. But the location is perfect. I think whether you go during the day, at dusk, or night, you’re going to get a great view. There’s comfortable seating like couches, but also tables with high tops and one of the best parts is there is a bar height table that goes around the balcony with bar stools where you can see and really enjoy the view. The cocktails were great as well. I would definitely recommend and go back!

The staff was definitely not friendly. One bartender was rude. The other did not even engage at all. Three additional employees standing around, doing absolutely nothing, including one that was vaping.
Definitely a downward turn when compared to my first visit five years ago.

No, I did not “misappropriate “ my review. I, along with my husband, checked into the Cottonsail on 1/2/26 and visited your establishment that evening. I stand by everything that I wrote in my original review as it is completely accurate.
Perhaps your staff allowed standards to slide and projected uncaring attitudes towards your customers due to the fact that they were soon to become unemployed? Which is no excuse for poor customer service. Perhaps I will return during my next visit to your lovely city, perhaps not. We received much better service at every other restaurant and bar we visited.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! My hubby and I ate lunch there – it was fantastic! We started with a cocktail and hubby ordered the roast beef sliders and I ordered the Cobb salad. Hubby said the sliders were really good and my salad was gigantic and delicious. The view was absolutely gorgeous!!

The shrimp was light and crispy as it was air fried.
