Haven’t visited a Red Robin in years so we stopped by for a quick dinner since we were in the area. Enjoyed the classic Americana theme throughout from the menu to the decor and the service was excellent.

Came here with a group of 25 and they were super helpful and the service was very good. They provided lots of fires while we waited for our food. Super helpful staff throughout the night. Food was very good and flavorful. Absolutely love their fries.

The host that greeted us as we entered, was extremely helpful and had a great personality that created a delightful atmosphere. Our waiter was polite and respectful. They also had one other staff that was consistently checking on their customers , accommodating their needs and making sure everyone was comfortable. This place was perfect to spend our dinner meal and we will be back soon. My new favorite place!!!

The only reason to go to this location is because it is close to my house. However, it is worth driving to a different location. Every time I come here I expect better, but the service is always trash. The wait staff is very inattentive. Almost to the point that it seems they are avoiding the tables.
I am literally at the restaurant with my daughter for hopefully the last time. It’s not even that busy.
The food is always great, but the experience is really not.

We went to lunch on MLK Jr. Day. As a family, we had the day off. It was extremely busy!
Our Waitress was really nice though, and thoughtful. She was slammed but was super fast to get us anything we needed or asked for. Refils were awesome. Everyone was happy. Thank you!

We stop by this location because it’s right off the highway and convenient on our way home. Sadly that’s where the positives end. Things weren’t packed tonight. We were seated immediately and the staff took our order and offered to bring a basket of fries to snack while we waited.
Maybe 10 minutes later a larger group was seated nearby. They also placed their orders and received their drinks. And appetizers. Then their full meal.
We still didn’t even have a basket of fries.
Our meal finally came just as this other group was paying to leave. 55 minutes total from placing our order to having food for the kids. Unacceptable. We were conveyed apologies from the manager through our server … But our server was the only one who ever talked to us. No manager walk by. No formal apology beyond “my manager is working with the kitchen to get your food out faster.”
In hindsight I should’ve gone to a different restaurant.

Never offered fries while I waited for food. After over 30 minutes I got up to track down server yo pay for drink.rigjt at that moment he had my food. I choose instead to pay for the drink and leave. Had to wait longer while he tracked down Manager to take food off. He weakly apologized making excuses about kitchen getting backed up some times. As I walked out the Manager came after me to take the food home. She boxed it up and gave it to me. Definitely will not return to this location.

Absolutely AMAZING! the staff were a little overwhelmed due to many people being here, but their service is Absolutely fantastic. Never went somewhere where they were so nice, and determined to be good. They’ve asked if they could get us anything, refilled our fries, drinks multiple times. Absolutely amazing

We love Red Robin we mainly go to Sherwood but we went the Red Robin by Washington square on our way home and they were not busy took atleast 15 minutes to get seated and once we were seated no one ever came by for atleast 30-40 minutes we were a party of 7 with 3 little kids. The server kept going to the table behind us and all around us. He told us he wasn’t our sever and he would tell our sever. We finally saw them ordered food it took another 45 minutes to get our food. Once we received our food it was cold. Never offered fries while we waited again they were not busy at all. They ignored our table and us. It was unacceptable. They got no tip. We had no manager, and our waiter was not kind. We will never be coming back to the red Robin at Washington Square. We will be continuing our business at Sherwood if we choose to.

Food was what you would expect, after we got seated we waited 17 minutes before they even offered us water. At minute 14, I asked the hostess politely if there was someone that could take our order, she seemed a bit confused and said ” sorry, there’s nothing I can do about that” literally 1 of her 2 jobs she has.
