Chef Roy is amazing to say the least! I am an American, my wife is a Kenyan and we have eaten food from restaurants all over the world in our travels. His food here ranks among the very top places ever!
This may very well be one of the hidden gems of the planet in our opinion. The restaurant can only be limited by it’s location. If it were by the beach where all different types of people could try it, there would never be a slow day.
The Jerk Pork may very well be one of the best foods I’ve ever eaten. It was sweet, spicy and had a few flavor profiles that I’ve never tasted before.
The Jerk Chicken was almost equally amazing, following also with the Jerk Chicken Pasta and Curried Chicken.
The Fried Ripe Plantains are probably the best dessert that I can imagine.
This place is pure magic! If you read this and find yourself anywhere near the area, you’d do yourself a great service to stop in.
But, be warned…… you’ll want to come back again….and again……..and again!

If you’ve never eaten here, what are you waiting for? This place has the absolute best food ever!!! We’ve been in here two nights in a row because it’s at our hotel and it’s Jamacian food that is the best ever!!! I had shrimp and pasta tonight and it was amazing, last night I had fish and chips both meals were super amazing and flavorful. It’s like a flavor explosion in your mouth, there are so many levels of taste.
Chef Roy is the best and I loved chit chatting with him.

We , dined at Top Chefs restaurant on 10/22/2022. We, were a group of six ladies. We ordered the steamed fish with veggies, might I say it was excellent. It was a whole fish de-boned so you could enjoy eating without the hassle of trying to extract bones. I, also had fresh carrot juice that was juiced at the moment delicious . I would just like to say, hat’s off to Chef Roy… cooking, presentation and hospitality really earned the 5 stars I’ve bestowed . Looking forward

Our table got 4 different dishes and all were excellent! Jerk chicken, a wrap, Jamaican curry and jerk chicken pasta. All of the food tasted fresh and cooked with love, definitely some family recipes, tons of flavor and yet none of us were crying cause it was too hot 😉 I highly recommend this hole in the wall!!

Chef Roy food is truly amazing, I’ve followed him everywhere he’s gone for years, his boneless snapper fishes makes it so easy to eat. His food is well seasoned and gives an authentic taste no matter what you order. Everything is cooked to order and fresh. I’d definitely recommend to stop by and see for yourself.

A wonderful change while traveling through Fort Lauderdale we stayed at a hotel located next door. Food , service,presentation the top chef quality. The chef came out and asked how we would like our food, regular, a little zip or hot n taste. I chose Dcotch Bonnet spicy and enjoyed the food. Burger n fries,hotdogs n fries..breakfast scrambled eggs and bacon n texas toast.
The Jamaican goods looked wonderful, a kabob meat was great n tasty
When come back we will come back worth every dollars we spent.
