A hidden gem! Toozy Patza Pizza is an absolute must-try if you’re ever in the area. From the moment you step inside, you’re greeted with a vibrant and eclectic atmosphere. The unique, artistic décor—with “stuff all over the place”—adds to the fun and quirky charm of the restaurant, making it a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
What truly sets this place apart is the incredible food. They make everything from scratch right as you wait, and you can smell the fresh ingredients cooking. The aroma alone is enough to get your mouth watering! I ordered the signature Toozy Patza, and the pizza was absolutely delicious. Each slice was loaded with incredibly fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the portions were exceptionally generous—I had leftovers for lunch the next day. The crust was perfectly cooked, with a delightful crispy exterior and a soft, chewy inside.
Beyond the fantastic pizza, the menu offers so much more. The bar is well-stocked, with a great selection of beer on tap and wine to complement your meal. The service is top-notch; the staff is incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely seems to enjoy what they do. They were attentive without being overbearing, making the entire dining experience even more enjoyable.
Toozy Patza Pizza offers an experience that’s both fun and delicious. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to visit again and again. If you’re looking for a spot with amazing, fresh food, a lively atmosphere, and friendly service, this is it. Don’t just take my word for it—you have to try it for yourself! Be open minded about the look! Just enjoy life as it comes

My boyfriend and I went here today and accidentally stumbled upon a vegan meet-up. Lisa had prepared an entire vegan menu for the group with so many vegan/vegetarian options! I also have food allergies and she was super accommodating with everything we ordered. I highly recommend the Vegan Chicken Parm, we ended up taking another order home with us for tomorrow. The bruschetta was also spectacular and I will definitely be coming back for some zeppolis! Lisa is clearly very passionate about her work and brings such a lively energy to the place! Will be returning soon!

I wanted to wait before writing this negative review to make sure my experiences weren’t just a fluke. Unfortunately, after multiple delivery attempts, the issues have been consistent. Every time we’ve ordered, it has taken exactly two hours for our food to arrive. Their explanation is that they have a disclaimer stating delivery can take 1–2 hours on busy nights, so as long as it isn’t over two hours, they don’t consider it late.

I’m sorry, but I’m not waiting two hours for Frank Pepe’s, Sally’s, or even Joe’s of Bleecker Street—so I’m certainly not waiting two hours for Toozys. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to consistently wait that long. And this is coming from someone who truly considers themselves a pizza connoisseur—I’ve had it all after working in NYC and Brooklyn and now living in CT (New Haven style territory). Toozys is barely an average NY slice. Nothing to write home about, but we’ve continued ordering because there simply aren’t many decent NY-style options in the area. They’re one of the better ones locally, but even that doesn’t justify a two-hour wait.

We’ve generally ordered through Uber Eats out of conveninece in the past, and in the past the woman on the phone explained that orders are delivered in the order they’re received, but that being on Uber Eats has increased their traffic. In my opinion, if adding Uber Eats forces you to double your delivery windows, then you shouldn’t be adding Uber Eats to begin with. You clearly are not ready for those kinds of volumes. If you can’t keep up with the volume, that’s on the business—not the customers. Don’t push extended wait times onto your regular customers just because you want to take on more orders and make a little extra money. That’s simply not good customer service.

Today was the last straw. This wasn’t a busy Friday night. I ordered at 11:30 AM on a Tuesday—there is no believable reason they were “slammed.” Yet the food didn’t arrive until 1:40 PM. The pizza was ice cold, the pasta was cold, and I’m not reheating fettuccine Alfredo in the microwave because that never reheats well—so it went straight into the garbage.

On top of that, the attitude from the older lady who answers the phone is consistently unpleasant. She’s always rude, and she acts like the 2-hour disclaimer justifies everything. There’s no understanding, no customer service, just attitude.

Toozys is an average pizza place at best—and that’s being generous. But the service has become so consistently terrible that I won’t be ordering from them again.

Disappointing last experience at Toozy Patza. Service is abysmal and waitress is rude. Two pizzas took over an hour. We were asked to get our own drinks, told where to sit so we could “be seen” and saw the waitress open a closed cookie gift package, remove a few with her hands, and then reclose it. We were directed to give a cash tip and overall it was an unpleasant experience. We won’t be returning again, which is unfortunate given we enjoyed the pizzas in the past. Hopefully some changes can be made.

Look, the food is good. Have had a few good experiences with food quality. However, I agree with others about the attitude of the older lady who works there. She was not too kind this week, especially to her own employees/team members. Witnessed the same thing a few months ago. The restaurant ambience is sort of a disaster too but I’m willing to look past that if they could have good tasting food to go along with kind employees.

I highly recommend Toozy Patza Pizza in Wilton. I had the Contadina pizza, which was amazing. They have a huge vegan and vegetarian menu. The general manager, Lisa, is amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I will definitely go back again!

The food isn’t bad. Service was very odd. She might have been new or just young. But what got me was nothing on our bill was the price that was on the menu. We were informed when we spoke up about it, was that in tiny print at the very back of the menu it read “prices subject to change”. Thanks for the heads up. Now you know

Horrible place!

They messed up with our the order.

We ordered one large pizza , half and half, and appetizer, but guess what? They made 2 large pizzas and charged us for it. Even when they repeated our order out loud they still messed up with the order .

Honestly , my first experience with this place was awful , and I had a feeling that we shouldn’t order here, but I decided to give them another choice which was a big mistake!

Plus they messed up with the name. The name on order should be Andre not Andrew, but who gives a sh’ there.

Thanks God there are plenty of pizza places around our area!

kitchen nightmares needs to visit this place. the garlic knots came out freezing, the eggplant dish (a “customer favorite”) had plastic in it, and the fried oreos were raw inside. quality has dropped significantly

Stopped here randomly as we were looking for a quick food spot. They do dine in and take out which was convenient as we were in a rush. We got a philly cheese steak and a slice of cheese pizza. The food was okay. The pizza wasn’t the best and the steak was kinda dry. Good if you’re in a rush though.
