I went to pick up my Christmas ham and there was already a well organized waiting area, outside the front doors.

They had a tent setup for the walk up customers with a simple crowd queue.
They had a Separate crowd queue set up for pre ordered, pre paid customers that moved quickly!

From now on, I will pre order and pre pay!

Ham was delicious as expected. Service was atrocious bordering on rude. I walked in and asked to purchase a full boneless ham, of which they confirmed they had plenty available but that they required a an online reservation to purchase. Nowhere on the website was this noted, they refused to sell me one so I went out to the parking lot and made a reservation and went back in and bought a ham. What a joke and an embarrassment.

The food is amazing. Definitely recommend going here. A little pricey, but definitely worth it when I went i got four different sandwiches. They were all delicious. My favorite one is the non-meat one the mac & cheese could be a lot better. The potato salad mediocre but the sandwiches hands-down yes

OMG my mouth is still watering thinking about the delicous sandwich I ordered! I honestly had no idea you could order food here and have always bought their honey baked ham for Thanksgiving. I’m so glad we stopped by! The employees were super friendly and gave us suggestions on which one to try. We ended up getting the Ham classic sandwich as a combo that comes with chips and a soda! It was delicious and the crispy onions just made every bite an exciment! Yumm! Can’t wait to go back and try the other sandwiches!

You can now get ripped off if you prepay online for a ham. ***Now if you prepay, they can give you up to ONE POUND LESS of ham while charging you for the full amount.***

It used to be if you prepaid for your ham they would have to honor the number of pounds you paid for. You bought a 3 pound ham and you received at least a 3 pound ham.

I prepaid online for a ham between 3-4 pounds. That is a huge difference in the size of the ham. I paid a high price in case I got a 4 pound ham. I received a 2.780 pound ham, which would have been much cheaper if I bought it in the store. In the future, buy online but do NOT prepay or you could be paying for up to a pound of ham you might not receive.

Nostalgia is very expensive. I was stunned to see the 10lb bone in ham at $125.00 this year. More than twice the price of comparable hams elsewhere.

Was pretty good but we didn’t get to try some of the sides we actually ordered because they were out. Customer Service was very good though.

The only thing I’ve ever had here are their sandwiches… and they are delicious!

My friend and I ordered their lunch boxes, and were both pleasantly surprised (I only say that because we’re usually die hard Zupas fans).

My box came with a soft drink, a bag of chips, and the best ham sandwich that I’ve ever tasted.

The ham was very thick and flavorful, and it paired really nicely with the bread, condiments, and other fixings. It was also filling, and came at a good price, so I’ll definitely be back!

This HBH at 5654 S Redwood, SLC, UT had the worst customer service. That BOGO coupon was BOGUS. That wasn’t a $10 sandwich. They took half the meat from one sandwich and split it into two… The manager made that puny sandwich in the image below. The 6 employees, including the manager, were rude. I spent over a $100 on half ham an a bogo sandwich. I submitted a complaint but did not get a response. I WILL NEVER BUY A ANOTHER HONEY BAKED HAM AGAIN!
