We are a unique ice cream, coffee and sea moss shop. All ice cream flavors are made in-house (dairy and non-dairy). We also have acia, cantaloupe, watermelon (seasonal), coconut, and pitaya bowls, smoothies, milk shakes, tea and lemonades. You will love our variety of home-made gluten-free muffins and cookies.

I’ve been wanting to visit this spot for a while & yesterday we finally had the opportunity.
Simply walking up to the place is joy inducing- The colors & decor are so inviting.
It’s nothing compared to the experience when you enter- Beautiful, clean and the friendliest guys working there yesterday. They were helpful & very attentive.
I had the passion fruit sorbet (highly recommend if you like tartness – and love passion fruit. ) I also had the vegan mango pineapple – also fabulous.
I love they have vegan options for those who are vegan or have lactose intolerance. I’m not either of the aforementioned but they are FABULOUS!
We also had the movie theater & also another I would recommend! I tasted it & loved it as well!
Their ice creams are hand made & you can taste the love!
I can’t wait to go back!
Also aside from ice cream they have a small pastry case with freshly baked items. They looked delicious as well & would be perfect alongside the coffee they serve.

I could not have dreamed up treat that I was in for. This is a sort of Cookie brûlée Latte, and it is more than enough reason to make the trip to try it out!

We discovered this amazing gem while visiting my son. It is soooooo cute. So warm and inviting. The lady behind the counter was so welcoming. She let us sample ice cream flavors. The honey lavender ice cream was AMAZING! We sat inside enjoying our treats. Everyone who came in were greeted as though family. Love love love the atmosphere. We actually got a chuckle when told WE had an accent (we’re from California)! If you are in the area you MUST stop in and get a treat! I can’t stop thinking about that honey lavender ice cream!

This place is a gem!! Many locals know of this shop, and I’m grateful they didn’t gatekeep!! Customer service is top tier, and the baristas are very helpful. Our young son who is gluten and dairy free was able to have his very first ice cream cone today thanks to Tootsie on the River! We were so thrilled to find such a wonderful place to enjoy gluten and dairy free treats with our whole family. We each had our own favorites, Lavender Honey, Banana Pudding, and Mango Pineapple. Their hospitality made us feel like old friends. Thank you for creating delightful decadent deserts! We are planning our next visit.

I love going to Tootsie’s because the products are A1, the service is Amazing with a capital A, the atmosphere is fantastic and makes you feel at home. My morning coffee is essential to me and sometimes they can see me parking and have my coffee ready with a smile as I walk in. I love this place and so will you on your visit
