Amazing experience. The food was stellar. This is by far the best or second best steak in the metro area. Theres only one other close and this means a great deal coming from me. Superb isn’t strong enough, divine is closer. Get the pepper loin. It’s phenomenal. The stuffed mushrooms were delectable. The brussels sprouts were a little crisp for my tastes but still very good.

Didn’t make reservations but we arrived shortly after they opened. Dining room seating is very nice, it did get busy after we left around 5pm. We had the ribeye and shrimp with scallops with linguine noodles. For an appetizer we tried the calamari and it was also very delicious. Our waitress was excellent. Everything was cooked and prepared well. You get your moneys worth. Definitely coming back.

I used to go to Tony’s years ago and have always loved their pizza. Tony’s was the place we went for “nice” dinners; celebrations and such. It’s very nice to see that vibe remains. Tony’s takes casual upscale to a new level. Jeans? Great! Suit and tie? Great! Shorts? Great! Fancy dress? Absolutely! The food was wonderful, from the wedge salad and the asiago cheese melt appetizer to the pizza! The reasons this didn’t get a 5 across the board were 2: 1. the patio music. Several nicely dressed couples were eating outside, and yet 70’s rock was blaring; and 2. the chairs are very uncomfortable for anyone above 230 lbs or so. It would be nice to at least have bigger chairs available (along with quieter music). Still, I’m sure we will return.

Went there for their pizza special. Appetizer ….. Asiago cheese dip with pita triangles. Excellent ! One sausage and mushroom and one anchovie and mushroom pizza. Both were outstanding and much larger than we expected. Took half of each pizza home. Opted, for $3 more , for a house salad with the best house dressing around. $15 for pizza and salad, great bargin ! Server Cody Anthony did a very good job. We will be back !

Extremely disappointed. Bad in every way a restaurant can possibly be bad, but the food was worse.

We were in the dining area. No one was there hardly at all upon our arrival. The waitress Ashley had us waiting for over an half an hour before she acknowledged that our food was coming up. Then it was another ten minutes before our food was brought to us. There were others that came after us that was served from we were. The food was okay. It was presented to us hot, but not as tasteful as it looks. The only good thing at this restaurant was the peaceful environment.

Always great food, and the atmosphere is good. Drink selection is amazing! Large whiskey selection and great wine list., good beer selection. Service was a little lacking, as our server was taking care of tables in different locations, as wete other servers, so they had to keep traveling between them and we didn’t see her very much.

Coconut shrimp. Pepperloin steak. A list of whiskey and wine longer than you’d expect that takes up the majority of the menu. Black walls, fine dining, and waitresses who are more than knowledgeable about what’s going on in and out of the kitchen. These are just a few things you can expect when visiting Tony’s Steakhouse. Definitely one of the finer dining experiences in the area, and catering happily to people of all categories. Also, the only place around that serves McMillan, neat or on the rocks, 12, 16, and 18 years respectively. A must go dinner experience for anyone whose a whiskey or steak lover.

This place was busy on a Saturday night for one reason… the food was fantastic. Peppercorn steak that melts in your mouth. Chicken parm perfection. Get dressed up and go. The staff was great and the streets outside were well lit. Alton may be a few extra miles to drive, but it’s worth it for every single bite.
