When the coleslaw is the best tasting item served, I knew I was in for a rough meal. I have tried the pizza at Tony’s before and it’s been good. I thought I’d try the broasted chicken. Not only was it overcooked to the point that the chicken was dry as a desert, I wonder if the kitchen has access to any spices, including salt. While the skin was nicely crisp, it had zero flavor. When combined with the dry meat, it was a huge disappointment. Heck, even the hand cut fries were not salted and were a bit greasy for my taste. Guess I’ll be sticking with the pizza the next time I’m in Spooner.

We had a birthday party for our Mom at Tony’s. The wait staff was great to work with, the food was wonderful, and the outdoor patio was a nice area for people to gather. Good pizza and the service was good. Place was pretty quite even when there were a good amount of people there to eat. Felt like if you talked the whole place would hear you. Some music would have been nice to make it feel more welcoming but overall good experience.

We had appetizers only this trip around. Food and service are both very consistent. Our reason for stopping was because Tony’s has an upstairs meeting room which we were allowed to use for a meeting. It was very convenient and fit our needs perfectly. Never really knew it was up there – pleasantly surprised.
