Felt extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the poor customer service that I experienced. Due to me being a pescatarian I inquired on the list of specials of what had meat in it to see my choices. The lady working refused to inform me of the choices that did not have meat in it after I repeatedly asked her telling me to read the detailed menu instead of simply telling me what items in the short special menu that don’t have meat in it. Being the only woman in there being a person of color I have felt the discriminatory behaviors towards me that made me feel as if I wasn’t supposed to be in the place. She unwarm and harsh tone was completely inappropriate and I will never step foot in that western supremist environment. It’s a shame how people of color aren’t being treated with patience and compassion into some gentrified areas.

I like all the employees on the take outside they are very nice to me.
I have known them for many years.
Today I went in and asked for two slices of pepperoni with sauteed mushrooms and onions.
They put a heaping amount of onions and mushrooms on the grill and after they put them on the pizza they put it in the oven for a few minutes and it came out very nice.

The day is 11/2/25 ordered 2 large chicken parm subs. We opened and shared one, when I day the worst sub ever the bread was so stale ,I don’t even think it was chicken something rubber awful felt sick didn’t finish it and threw the other one away un opened! Not yo mention 30 dollars, I’ve been in the restaurant business all my life,you would think the way the world is today you would care no to lose customers! DO BETTER, I WILL TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE RESTAURANT! GROSS

Ordered a large pie, half mushroom, delivered in estimated time. When I opened the Pie box, the Pizza was undercooked, dough had raw spots, the mushrooms were all over the uncooked pie. I threw up doing the night. I threw 6 pieces in the garbage, horrible experience. A frozen pie would have tasted better!! Very disappointed, was regular customer!

So our server was Maureen. We had a friend from out of town visiting us and from the jump she was nasty. For example, our friend said, “i have a couple questions” and Maureen said – “you only get one.Then, our friend asked her for her recommendation between 2 entrees and Maureen sarcastically replied “one is veal and one is chicken and I don’t eat veal” which was sarcastic and unhelpful and not how you talk to a customer. And then from there, it was all downhill. For example, when my wife asked about a menu item she saw on the online menu she replied “where’d you see that-!- you’re 4 months too late!” We have been to Tonys many times but this was an experience that was really disappointing, out of character, and makes us second guess whether to go back again.

Poor treatment and bad food and overpriced. I received the same sized bowl of pasta for dinner that I got for lunch the week before. I paid more for it, though. My friend’s fisherman’s platter looked like the end of meal garbage scraped onto a plate. The meat sauce was delicious, though.

Pretty good neighborhood Italian restaurant in West Roxbury in close proximity to Catholic Memorial school. Pizza was well cooked and very doughy. Not exactly a thin pie but not deep dish either. Good amount of sausage for the price of the pie. Garlic bread was well seasoned and left us wanting more. Place was pretty empty at about 4pm but that’s to be expected. Parking is available on the premises
