We had ordered on -line and about an hour and 15 minutes later, we made a call as we have not yet received our food. The gentleman who answered asked the driver about our delivery…it was delivered to a home (not ours) where the homeowner told the driver to leave it on the porch. Okay, things happen so we then waited again for our delivery, which took about 25 minutes. Unfortunately, the pizza was ice cold. About a half hour later we get a knock on the door and it was the driver with freshly made pizza. Thank you to Tonys for turning our experience from frustrating to wonderful

Worse pizza I’ve had in years. Asked for it well done. It was actually undercooked. Called them to complain and the little girl that answered got snotty with me. She said they would send a new one but want the old one back. I’m like why can’t I just throw it out? There’s literally a pizza place on every corner around here…step up your game and don’t talk to me like I’m an idiot.

had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at Tony’s Pizzeria. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting — dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned regularly. What made things worse was that I could see into the kitchen area, which was a complete mess. Counters looked unsanitary, and the floor was filthy with what appeared to be insects crawling around.
As for the food, the quality was terrible. Everything tasted old, bland, and poorly prepared — nothing like fresh pizza or Italian food should taste. It honestly felt unsafe to eat there given the overall lack of cleanliness.
This place badly needs a deep cleaning and a higher standard of hygiene both for the sake of customers and staff. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Tony’s Pizzeria to anyone until serious improvements are made.

Ordered from Tony’s for years never had a problem with a cheesesteak ordered Thursday night a cheesesteak with fried onions got a hold of the cousin of the owner today and he was extremely rude, and he kept telling me that the onions that they make are fried the way that my sandwich came when you can clearly tell they were hard uncooked onions Then repeatedly wanted to tell me that that’s how fried onions come lol Are we in a twilight zone?? As you can see in the photo of the onion is sitting in my hand, hard as can be!!! Won’t be getting no food from them ever again Disgusting

We always order from this place almost every other week. We ordered today and the bake ziti looked like it fell on the floor and was spilling over the sides. I called and Tony’s said they would send another one over but upon inspecting the spilled one as I was throwing it out, I saw a leaf on the bottom of the container. I’m guessing the driver spilled it on the floor but didn’t say anything and still delivered it to us, luckily we didn’t eat it. I’m very disappointed.

Been going to Tony’s for my entire life since my dad always ordered (and still does order!!) from them, they have some of the BEST pizza and garlic knots, and their cheesesteaks and chicken fingers, french fries, and mozzarella sticks sub (teeny weeny on the menu) are both solid 10/10s. always had great service and very kind and communicative staff and owner who do their best to make things right if, on the rare chance, there’s ever an issue with any of the food. 10/10

Just good people!! I ordered catering last Saturday from a well known pork store in Point Pleasant and they left out a full tray of sausage and peppers. I called Tony’s because they are my go-to for pizza and subs and they were so nice! They whipped up a full tray for me so fast that my husband was able to pick it up on his way home from the other store. They even threw in some extra food. And everything was delicious!! I know where I’m going for my catering from now on. Thanks Tony!!

My family has been coming here since I was born. Ever since I could remember, this place was absolutely AMAZING with their food! Everything that we’ve ordered has tasted perfect, and never once had a problem. The staff have always been so nice and were great to talk to while waiting for the food to be made. Totally recommend here over any chain pizza restaurant!!

been a customer here for a long time but will never come again because of how much of an attitude that small girl working the cash register was the other day. food was good as always and the other man working with her was very nice but she absolutely ruined my experience and needs to be taught some manners if she wants to work in a customer service industry!
