Service is a bit slow here but very worth it! I believe it’s slow cause the food is so amazing n I’ve been eating here since as far back as I can remember! Has to be around 40yrs since I’m 47 now lol and I know we loved it when our step-dad would say he’s going to Tony’s for dinner! I believe all I’ve ever gotten were pizzas but I hear from so many that everything is awesome! They are a mom n pop establishment so I try and always support them 1st! It’s a very small spot so there’s not much to it but when u walk in there’s usually someone manning the phones, tablets, computers, cause there’s so many orders coming in. Idk how they do it tbh! Very nice people. I would recommend this place to anyone n everyone if they want a great meal for a reasonable price. I also doordash this location but be prepared to wait when u get there. Again, it’s worth it n hopefully u get some great tips when u doordash here. Unfortunately so many locals don’t get that we don’t make that much and depend on the tips and quite frankly don’t leave great tips unless they’ve done delivery work or waited tables. People don’t seem to understand that they are saving on gas n wear n tear on their vehicles and getting it hand delivered to their door. It would be way too much for just their delivery drivers to handle and I get doordash charges high fees but if ur gonna use doordash or other delivery services, I think u have to understand what we go thru to make our customers happy. I’m sure there are plenty of ignorant drivers but I always let my customers know what’s going on and send them a pleasing comment and make my customers feel like they’re #1!! N still have customers not tip very well. N i still no matter how low the order is, write something nice n keep them informed! This is a hot spot in Dundalk for sure!!

My husband grew up here in Dundalk and has loved Tony’s pizza since he was a kid. He just came home from having to pickup an order that was supposed to be delivery after waiting an hour and 20 minutes (because he was expecting it to be delivered) he had to call there and inquire about where his order is only to be rudely spoken to on the phone and told to come get it. So he goes to pick it up and of course it is stone cold and he says something only to be rudely spoken to in person as well to the effect of “well guess you should have picked it up sooner”. This a horrible way to speak and treat customers. He said it seems like they were super busy and having a bad day but the man is a stickler for customer service. They could have been polite about the whole mix up/misunderstanding but no. Now a man who loves this establishment’s pizza, will never order from there again because he is very stubborn and does not appreciate being talk to and treated poorly. Long time customer gone. He asked me not to go there and create a ruckus and out of respect to him, I won’t, but it needs to be known. If you alienate and are rude to customers, they aren’t going to return.

We order from here a lot and have had a few problems in the past but tonight was the worst customer service I have experienced. The lady on the phone was extremely rude from the start, when I asked what kind of burgers they had and what came on them. As usually most places have certain specials and in return I received a “beef” and “whatever you want” in a very inappropriate manor. Then throughout the entire call proceeded to continue with this rude attitude even putting me on hold for under 30 seconds when i had misunderstood what she said. We ordered at 8 o’clock, and yes I know they stop delivery at 8:30 but we do not live far from them. The delivery took over an hour and we did not receive our food until after they had closed. We tried calling when they were on the verge of closing since our food had yet to arrive and we had started to assume it would not come at all, they did not answer. The delivery driver, when you receive the older man will always be extremely rude. The only good employee here is the young man who used to deliver and I’m not even sure if he still works here.

Food was down right cold ,didn’t even get wat we ordered and it was the 2 sub 2 soda 2 ff s deal and not one thing on that dinner plate was got. Oh and we ask for steak and we got roast beef and that doesn’t taste like roast beef. If u r going to order something from this place maybe u should take a cook a meal from your kitchen cus atleast u will get it hot and get it how u like u like it. And I need. To mention that it wd be very wise to. Order some where else. We thank you should thank twice before you order anything from I thanks for. Listen. To wise advice

The girl on the phone in the afternoon hours has been pretty rude during the menu changes they’re making & messing up orders. We order usually once a week from here. During one of those orders, we received ( I’m assuming by accident) an outdated menu. Then about 5 days later we ordered again, using that same menu (we had no idea the menus were being revamped, aka we were using an outdated menu). When the food arrived the price was almost 3 dollars more expensive. I called the restaurant and asked about the price change.
The girl on the phone stated “Sir, like with every other place in the area we had to raise our prices. That’s why.”
I then said oh i’m sorry, it’s just that I got this menu a week ago so I didn’t think it was old.
The girl talking then said “Sir that’s impossible.” I said Sorry, then hung up
I figured it was a one time thing and she was having a bad day.
Almost a week later I asked for a calzone with some toppings and she called back to make sure I *only* wanted the toppings and nothing else (which was incorrect). It was then stated for the calzone to also have “white sauce” instead of “red sauce” in the calzone. I cut into the calzone the next day (full from the previous days food), and it contained red sauce, not white sauce.
I’m not sure if she’s trying to push customers away or not. It’ll be a while before I order here again.

Placed an order @7:33 pm and waited until 8:35pm to call because it was getting a little long/late, mind you they close @9pm with that being said was receiving no answers whatsoever. I decided to ride down to the store and call while I was inside for again no one to pick up the phone right in front of my face. I asked if they were going to pick up the phone and they said no. I said well I’ve been waiting over an hour now for the food we ordered and that’s it’s highly unprofessional for no one to even pickup and even just say like hey delivery is no longer available let alone knowing you have ongoing orders that need to be delivered. I have babies at home that are hungry and we’re expecting to have food within the hour. Then my gf calls and says they finally arrive and I told her to check the pizza if it’s hot , she then proceeds to ask and the gentleman if she can see and he says if you “do not want it I will just take it back ! “ are you serious ? With that being said I will no longer order here or waste my time with a bunch of unprofessional people.

This was suppose to be extra sauce and extra cheese…. when I called back to request the order be replaced after I picked them up the woman informed me that they do not redeliver pick up orders. I think they should deliver their mistake. This is the 3rd time our order has been screwed up. Plus they charged my son an extra $1 to pick up our order
