I almost never go to Starbucks. I have Not been in years. However, I do like to go for the caramel apple spice drink. The lady over the microphone informed me that they no longer have that drink, however, suggested a drink to make it taste like the one that I like. She was very informative and very helpful! I called to talk to her manager, and they said her name was Jordan! Thank you so much for all your help and my drink came out. Delicious, I even got a cake pop! I’ve never experienced that well of customer service at Starbucks so thank you so much

Why even have the app tell you when your order is ready when it isn’t? I’m currently at this location and have been waiting over 12 minutes for my drink. Order was placed 20 minutes ago. App told me it was ready so I went up to the window.. just to get told it isn’t ready. The worker was not very nice when I asked about it. I understand she doesn’t make the app, but a calm/nice explanation is super easy.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks! I come to this location almost every morning, and it always brightens my day. The team here is what truly makes it special — they’re so kind, welcoming, and they always remember my order, which means a lot. You can tell they really care about their customers and it shows in everything they do. I’d pick this location over any of the others in the area without a second thought. 10/10 every time!

The baristas are seriously the nicest people—they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome.
