Lots of meat and cheese which was great although the meat quality was average. Great choice on the liscio rolls. Not from the reading area but I heard good things. I guess this is the only good cheesesteak in town since you have to order well in advance! Wild!

Best cheese steak I WILL ever have in my life. I drove 1 hour and I guarantee it was better than every cheese steak place I passed on the way. All the ingredients were perfect. Get the seeded roll. The only thing I didn’t know is that they don’t have a dining room and all orders are made outside at a window.

I never have to drive an hour to Philly to grab a great cheese steak cause Tony’s is only 8 minutes away. Loved both the original and Passyunk prime but prefer the original (no red sauce). The steak is tender and flavorful, the onions provide a delicate crunch and that melty cheese is my favorite. The cannolis were also on point. It’s best to order ahead online and stick to the time they tell you to pick it up so you’re not waiting on the side walk (there’s no indoor seating). Tony’s of West Reading is a must try if you’re a cheesesteak aficionado.

First time here, I didn’t know the weekends are so busy and ordering ahead is highly recommended. Tony hooked me up and slid me in. Highly grateful.

As a business owner myself, I can only imagine how difficult it would be the hold such high star ratings. If anyone has anything bad to say it’s either a competitor, or a friend of the competition reviewing. There’s a saying in Spanish when people complicate something, “que le está buscando los cinco pies al gato” in other words don’t look for something that’s not there. If it’s good food you want then this is the place, if your looking for something else then don’t look here. Thanx for the 3 best sandwiches and fries I’ve ever had ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I got a cheese steak and fries with old bay seasoning for the 1st time tonight. Food was awesome. Will be going to tonys again for sure. They have a French fry dip with ketchup, mayonaise,n pickle juice. I LOVE IT!! THE STEAK IS RIB EYE,VERY GOOD STEAK FOR A SANDWICH. EVERYONE IN READING SHOULD TRY THEIR CHEESE STEAKS. WILL LOVE THEM.

Best sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Actually some of the best food I’ve had out in awhile period. While others are cutting corners, Tony’s is cutting to the front of the rankings by far. From Philly to NYC, this is a must stop (and go back!)!!!

I was here awhile ago and got the italian roast pork. It was good but didn’t compare to my favorite spot in Philly. Not knocking Tony’s at all.

Obviously known for their amazing cheesesteaks, but their pizza is very very good! It seemed like every pepperoni slice was magically cupped which is amazing

Cheesesteak review here..I’ve been a cheesesteak connoisseur since learning to walk almost 40 years ago. From the roll, to the meat, to the cheese, onions/no onions, sauce, ketchup, mayo/no mayo, sub/hoagie/wedgie, I’ve had just about every combination from Texas to Jersey, from Alberta Canada to Southern California. So needless to say i know a bit about cheesesteaks.
