My husband and I have been ordering food from Tony’s Birdland for over a decade. We don’t order often but when we do, the food is great. They may have the best Mac salad I have ever had. It’s almost more like a buttery pasta and very simple, not mayonnaisey, it’s DELICIOUS! Their pizza is also fantastic. I like it better than some of the more popular pizza places around here. Potato wedges are seasoned and delicious. My only criticism is the fried chicken was cooked perfectly but the batter was tasteless and could use seasoning to flavor it up. Overall we usually have a great experience with delicious food.

Extremely poor service and unacceptable food quality. I ordered a wing dinner and was given a fish dinner instead. When I called to report the mistake, I was told to drive back and pick up the correct order—after already driving 35 minutes out of my way. There was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to make things right.
The fried dough was just as disappointing. It was unevenly cooked and buried under clumps of powdered sugar rather than being properly dusted, making it messy and unpleasant to eat. Between the wrong order, dismissive service, and poor food quality, this was a complete waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place. And with all that they still wanted the soggy fish dinner back ! If I could give them a zero I would !!!

This place has gone WAY downhill since covid. Prices went way up, quality and quantity went down. The workers are the only redeeming factors here. All were friendly at the front counter. Seating area was clean but minimalistic so no real detractor there, it is after all a pizza joint. Probably won’t be returning after this last trip tonight. Too bad this place used to be amazing.

I am seeing all these negative comments. My son and I enjoy a nice pizza on weekends. We absolutely love Tony’s very consistent. When my son picks the pizzas up, he says they’re always very friendly. Bad customer service is more common nowadays I am old school. The person that greets you at your establishment first is the best impression you can make.

Me and my wife have been ordering from these guys for many years. And I have to admit that the staff is completely slacking. How is it a steak fajita wrap DOESNT TASTE OR LOOK LIKE A FAJITA. The driest steak, cheese was nowhere near melted. It’s like people don’t care anymore. When I was in good service I always gave it my all as best as I can. I guess that kind of integrity is gone.
