The ribs taste like they’re a couple of days old. The corn is so dry can’t eat it and the coleslaw is just horrible. I was always told if you don’t have something nice to say don’t say anything, but this is really bad.

This is in Baytown, TX. A good place to eat in “log-house” building, but we only ordered for take-out. Good food!

Wife and I ate here on a Sat night. We were the only dine in customers. We had heard this was a new Tony’s branch. Other Tony’s locations haven’t impress me.
Nice atmosphere as the place is literally brand new. Nice new parking lot too.
We were greeted by Jerry (and the whole crew) an old Baytown hand and had a great conversation. I’m a steak man so I ordered the classic 10oz rib eye, medium with fries. I’m pretty critical of my steaks and at $23 I was skeptical. Don’t be. It was perfect, tender, seasoned right with no gristle. Including the fries, if you dont want seasoned fries tell them when you order as these had a little “kick.
My wife had a 3 meat plate. Sausage, ribs and brisket. The ribs were very good, but nothing about the other 2 sides were boastable. We both agreed the brisket was bland. Ranch potato’s and fried okra were very good. Okra was Sysco brand but cooked to order and delicious.
The restaurant was very clean.
“If” they keep to the current traditions they will be a big hit, let’s hope so.
Stop in and try the hamburger, I’ve heard it is good too.

Tried Tony’s for the first time this week. They were recommended by a family friend. When you walk in the door, you are greeted by very pleasant people. The atmosphere is great, and the facility is really clean and appealing. The people behind the counter were great. I ordered two items. The first item was a sliced beef sandwich, cut and dry it was a good sandwich. The meat was flavorful, well-seasoned, and very juicy. My second order was the three-meat plate. On my plate ordered the mac and cheese, charro beans, brisket, jalapeno sausage and the ribs. All the meats were pretty good, above average on flavor. My only disappointment is the meats were sliced very thinly. When it comes to the sides the beans were good and flavorful. On the other hand, the mac and cheese had no flavor to me. I would definitely return here again. My only advice would be to add flavor to the mac and cheese, also not cut the meat slices so thin especially on the sausage and brisket.

Brisket taste like it’s cooked in an electric smoker or oven, taste like roast beef not smoked brisket. Sausage was so old it was dried out and discolored. About as good as all the BBQ in Baytown, It’s not good either. It won’t last very long just like every restaurant since Tastee Freeze.

Finally got a chance to order something from here. Baked potato with chopped meat really hit the spot. They weren’t skimpy on the meat or toppings. Fried okra was on point. Guy who took the order was very friendly. Happy to have them in the area.

They deleted my previous review about their mac and cheese. The review was regarding that they use expired ingredients. The Mac and cheese smelled bad and was expired it tasted horrible and caused me to get sick. Would t recommend this side. Also their food was dry.

Some people might like sugar on there ribs, I don’t. Molasses or brown sugar rubbed on the meat and then caramelized. It’s candied. That is Kansas City style. This is Texas.
I am impressed with the nice new restaurant they built.
