No one helped me at the pick up window when I arrived and waited for several minutes, so I had to go inside to get my order. I was smart enough to check my boxes before I left and found that they gave me the wrong flavored wings. The staff seemed stretched thin, so whoever the manager is, please get it together and do a better job so this place can properly serve exhausted full time workers like me who just want to relax after a stressful and tiring day. This experience sucked.

If I could give no stars, then that’s exactly what it would be. The most unprofessional person I’ve ever encountered. He messed my order up, I called to tell them, He hung up the phone. So I drove there to see if just by chance their phone service was messing up, but it wasn’t. He really decided to hang up on a loyal, paying customer. It’s not like I was asking for free food, this is the food I ordered, that I’m paying for, so I want it right! He said he would just refund my money. He never apologized or anything just rudely decided that he wasn’t going to fix my order. Save yourself the time and trouble from going here, take your business elsewhere. Satisfaction is definitely not guaranteed! Everybody want a job, need a job, but then don’t want to do the job! Don’t worry I’ve contacted Corporate! Boy Bye!

Ordered cookie brownies to be done immediately. The order was started AN HOUR LATER. Just to get to the drive thru and sit for 45 minutes behind another car. As if they waited to start the other persons order until they showed up. And the car was sitting there when we arrived! Tried calling while sitting in the forever line with cars backed up… no answer. My husband went in to get it, just to be answered with horrible attitude from Ms. Desiree who wanted to cuss about how “finished” she was with the day. I understand it’s a pizza place, but at least have some respect to hold yourself better and professional. Won’t be returning.

Ordered delivery via the app at around 8pm. Tracker said quality check at 8:46pm. Called at 9:46pm and inquired on the status. Was told it was not made yet. Decided to drive literally 3 minutes down to the store. Lady could find order on the shelf and said it may have already been delivered (nothing was ever delivered). Requested a refund and they still did not offer the pizza with the refund due to the inconvenience. Will be calling corporate as that’s just ridiculous. I usually always have a good experience with this location but there’s no excuse.

Customer service not that good. I tried to order two pizzas to the neighborhood pool (which they have delivered to before). The first person who transferred me to someone else and that second person weren’t easy to work with, making the ordering process longer. After I was finally done, a couple of minutes later, they called me back saying they couldn’t deliver because I was ‘just outside of their delivery zone’. They are ten minutes away.

Order was wrong (missing the bacon I paid for), pizza was not cut all the way, and no garlic butter on the crust. That was the most bland pizza I’ve ever had. Also ordered a side of banana peppers that they didn’t give me until I asked for them. Definitely check your order if you go to this location.

Rude!!!!! Order a pizza as pick up then went through the pick up drive through and sat there for 15 minutes and nobody came. I rang the bell 2 times and when someone finally came the lady was super rude and slammed the window in my face and turned around and started cussing.
