This restaurant is very Asian BBQ themed. I ordered pork spareribs. The order came with rice, and an egg drop soup. I’ll break it down by dish.
Pork Spareribs – Delicious and tender. Not much fat. Very delicious. Sweet glaze. Star of the show and worth the whole trip. 8/10
Rice – Nothing special. Flavorless. 3/10
Egg drop soup – Very dominant sesame oil flavor. Not edible for me but if you like sesame oil you’d love it. 1/10
BBQ Sauce – Very rich soy sauce flavor. Very sweet. 6.5/10
Menus and prices for 3/16/25.

It tastes a lot like what’s served at Philippines Aristocrats Restaurant, especially the BBQ. After dining, you’ll have a sense of comfort, especially with the Bibingkinitan, a small version of the Bibingka, a Filipino baked rice cake. It produces delicious comfort food that you will want to eat again and again.

Great Filipino BBQ! Staff was very Friendly. If you want it “to-go” I suggest you call it in. And if you are sitting down it may take a little for them to make it, but it is worth the minimal wait. We will definitely be coming back.

I’m a bit surprised, the food here is actually good! I ordered the Meals #10 Liempo Meal. I thought at first the serving was miniscule but come to eating, the portion was just right. My order came with house soup, I don’t know what it is but it was very good. There was also a small serving of papaya pickles and some java rice. The total was around $15, no drinks. Will I be back, yes but not often. I have to justify that cost in my head.

Grilled Chicken (inasal)
Paired with Java rice and peanut dipping sauce
This place is clean!
I have been coming back to Tony’s Barbecue in Fountain Valley and Corona because I love their food which are very similar to that of Reyes Barbecue chain in the Philippines.

Best FILIPINO style BBQ. All food made to order and fresh. Just need to be patient and wait. REALLY WORTH THE WAIT.

Super-Solid Filipino BBQ and the only one of it’s kind anywhere near here. The meat is always juicy and cooked just right. They have some of the best tasting skewers around and the sauce they serve with it is savory and very addicting. The Sea Bass is great (when they have it in stock). The prices are surprisingly reasonable for a BBQ spot. The place is not much to look at, but the quality makes up for it.
