Pizza is really great! We ordered 2 large and half and half on each. Pizza crust was excellent! Cooked perfectly! There’s a good selection on the menu and decent prices. The place where this restaurant is lacking is service. I’m not sure if they are understaffed or where the issue is. Our drinks were often left empty and our food came out separately. This was consistent as we noticed several tables around us had people with food and people with no food at the same table. Many people with empty cups and I would say there was maybe 15 guests in the building. The people in the corner stated that they waited an hour for their food. We waited roughly 30 min. The host answered a call and hollered at another server and asked if someone could still place a pick up order. They both laughed and the host bragged about telling the potential customers they had already turned off the oven. This was 8:30 pm on a Saturday night. Why would the host think its a good idea to turn away business in this market??? Anyway…the food is good if you’re willing to wait a long time, I would not bring small children, and if you don’t care about great service. I’d ask for a pitcher of whatever you’re drinking so you can refill your own glass. I would return.

The food was fantastic and the service was hands down the slowest and worst I have ever experienced! I had to repeatedly go up to get drink refills myself and we were one of two tables of 4 in the restaurant and it still took them over an hour to make 4 plates of pasta!

Very awesome place. The hosts and hostesses were working as a team with the rest of the crew. It’s a beautifully laid out place. The food was delicious and well prepared.

My wife and I visited to grab dinner and we ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Salads came first, mine was a Caesar of which the lettuce was wilted. Our entree arrived and the chicken didn’t taste exactly fresh; the sauce? Not much of a sauce rather the cheese melted and clung to the pasta. Overall it was underwhelming and appeared to be thrown together, heated and expedited to the table. Seeing other tables who had ordered pizza made me wish I’d had done the same- it looked fantastic.

The service was VERY.. laid back? I wouldn’t eat here in a hurry. Italian onion soup was quite tasty (though it seemed like it was just French onion…), and husband’s beef dip was pretty good, but the pizza was mediocre at best (bland crust, fake cheese). They had a photo of some crazy delicious looking garlic knots on the wall! …. But they weren’t on the menu. 🙁

Not usually a bad review sort of person, but I’ve never had as bad an experience as we just had at Tony Sacco’s. We were informed that they were out of most things, including the usual side of tater tots. We were asked what kind of chips we wanted as a replacement, thinking it would be like the former restaurant’s homemade chips. Waited over an hour for food, had to send one meal back as it was cold. The chips were bags of chips, no accommodation made for the price of the meal. The manager said he was going to “make it right” which ended up meaning taking off the cold food (that we didn’t eat.)

First time ever being here. The girl at the front seemed confused where to sit 3 adults and 3 kids and we followed her around the restaurant in a circle to be seated. We have a child that has asthma and so she was coughing because of that .I assume the 15 + minutes of sitting with nobody coming to us was attributed to that. Finally a woman comes over in a non pleasant manner, doesn’t say hi, doesn’t give her name, doesn’t ask if we’ve even been served yet, just more of a scowl on her face. She simply says ” I’ll be serving you but before I do that whoever is coughing needs to wear a mask ” mean while the patrons or other staff were not made of the same requirement. I explained that it was because she was asthmatic. The server stated ” I have grandchildren with asthma and I make them wear a mask”. We got up and left. Unfortunately this is not somewhere where I would come back to due to the poor customer experience we received. It’s not what you it’s how you say it and present yourself and this was just bad service and missed the mark of having our business. I understand this may be a oh well situation from the business. But without customers you wouldn’t be in business. We also drove from Davenport to give this place a try.

All the food was amazing. The service was super friendly, super prompt. They suggested some great food and we got great food. My friend got a spinach artichoke dip and thought it was the greatest thing he has ever had. I don’t know about that but their pizza was amaziiing. This place will definitely make it in my list of things I am going to talk about when I go back to Bulgaria.

Well, we visited today. We were greeted by a younger girl who was absolutely filthy. Clothes, hair, hands, fingernails all dirty. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her because we had a table of 9. She said she had to go see if someone from happy joes could come over because she was there alone. I tried to make a reservation through Facebook messenger- to make sure you knew we were coming. I told her we sent a message and were told we couldnt make a reservation and she said “that’s weird because we do take reservations “
