We can’t get enough! Authentic, delicious with every bite. We’ve had the pizza three times – fresh ingredients on every one. Meals are huge without sacrificing taste. Sad to be heading North but we will be back. The staff, especially our host/server loved her job and it showed.

We were fortunate to find a seat at the bar, where a friendly, experienced bartender greeted us with a warm smile and a great memory. We ordered the veal parmesan with angel hair pasta and the meatball sub, and the portions were generous enough for four. The meal also came with a delightful commentary salad and warm, fresh bread. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and bread, and definitely look forward to coming back.

The ambiance is warm and inviting, with a staff that is both attentive and gracious, carefully tending to details and ensuring we felt genuinely well looked after. Portions are notably generous — I selected the Chicken Parmigiana, which proved abundant to the point I could not finish it; nevertheless, the sauce and overall preparation were truly remarkable. My husband opted for the Margherita pizza, which was well executed, though the crust leaned towards an overly crisp texture and he would have preferred a more generous layer of cheese — a matter, of course, of personal preference. Still, we were left thoroughly satisfied. The wine list, moreover, offers excellent options to complement the dining experience.

Not just the best Italian you’ll ever eat — some of the best food you’ll ever eat. Truly, there is love in these dishes. I’m ruined forever because nothing will ever be this good again. Divine.

5 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First time here, lifetime customers! From the moment we walked in we were greeted and sat with smiles. We ordered the meatballs (I forgot to get photos) and they were both the size of baseballs and DELICIOUS. We also ordered the garlic knots which were great too! The salad with the homemade Italian dressing was enormous and I almost asked for the dressing to go it was so good! We ordered the chicken Parmesan and angel hair with garlic and oil rosemary sauce. The portions are HUGE, I would recommend sharing everything. Allie was our server and she was phenomenal! We already can’t wait to come back again next vacation!

Today we decided to visit a small restaurant here near Fort De Soto. I am impressed of how delicious the food is here. The service is amazing and very friendly and the plates are super big. You will not be disappointed coming here and have a taste of Italy.

Holy meatballs! This is one of the most authentic Italian restaurants in the Tampa Bay area. It’s almost like someone’s grandma spent all day making the gravy and is controlling every meal that comes out of the kitchen, so you know it’s perfection. You will not leave this place hungry, that’s for sure! From the house salad, warm toasted bread to the wine selection and everything in-between, I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. This is a hidden gem for the locals that live here. They even reserve bar seats, so definitely make a reservation in peak times. We were lucky to snag 2 seats at the bar as we wanted a good dinner after a day at North Beach in Fort DeSoto! The prices are extremely reasonable, and the service is top notch.

This is an amazing restaurant! The staff is very good, the food is delicious and the portions are HUGE, all while being decently priced.
The Veal Parmesan is excellent, with the choice of breaded or not.
The Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich is served with in house baked bread and perfectly cooked.
One of the nightly specials was Grouper marinated and served with a choice of pasta.
We enjoyed amazing stuffed mushrooms and the BEST ever garlic knots as an appetizer.
Come in hungry and, you will still need a to go box! So good, I look forward to my next visit.
Also, I am hoping that Idalia didn’t cause this fine establishment any permanent damage.

Decor is that of a typical Italian american pizzeria/ cafe with the stereotypical artwork and music. Ceiling had a trash bag taped to it where there was a large leak.
4pm on a Friday and empty at our seating but were asked if we had reservations.
Staff was friendly enough and helpful. Our “included” salads consisted of iceberg, a few kalamata olives and cucumber slices with massive chunks of tomato that should have been cut smaller. Bread was said to be on the way but didn’t arrive until after we had our entrees.
Food was quite over seasoned. Veal saltimbocca was flavorful but rather salty. The ravioli in vodka sauce was much too salty to eat and sauce was broken. We asked to exchange for penne in meat sauce. We recived a suger sweetened bolognese and mushy pasta delivered by an angry manager. Not a meat sauce. At this point we decided to just skip the meal, pay for the Veal and be on our way. Included on our check was the “included” salad at $9.
$9 for iceberg?
We asked to question the manager as to why an “included” salad was being billed to us. She said – you ate part of it so I’m charging you. Sorry you think differenyly. I just had to throw away $60 dollars of food. I don’t care. Prices are going up. Things are expensive

We paid our bill. $45 for a single entree and a handful of iceberg. But YOU WOULDN’T HAVE HAD TO THOW AWAY $60 IN PROFIT if your chefs could season properly. Also if you are loosing money on a $28 pasta plate(no protein), your definitely doing something wrong in business.
If something comes back to the kitchen, you, the manager, who is so worried about bottom line and profits rather than quality, should make sure the next dish to head out is spot on so you don’t have a repeat!! Also be professional.
Maybe this was an off night. It happens. Maybe the manager is dealing with outside issues.
You still have a business to run. A manager should never act like that and go on attack.
