Customer service is fantastic. The staff is very friendly, very polite. The diner itself is always clean. The inside is very well kept. There is plenty of seating. It’s always warm and dry. Very comfortable atmosphere. The food is great. Burger’s are awesome and chicken strips are very tasty, but the fries are amazing. I however, recommend the breakfast. Waffle, pancakes and french toast are the best around. My choice: Breakfast special #3, 2 french toast 3 scrambled eggs 3 strips of bacon (Delicious) Awesome food, friendly staff and just a comfortable environment, I highly recommend Tom’s, stop by and try them out.

Food is good, but terrible customer service, girl from the drive through don’t have proper manners, messy soda cups dripping soda, got my clothes wet from the soda dripping and she does not pay attention to details, after she gets mad when you tell her she made a mistake with the order, not a hello or thank you. Need to go over customer service with the young girl.

A family member recommend me to this place… I had mention i wanted breakfast but not the typical Denny’s or ihop.. it was one like 5 minutes from her place… I decided i wanted to try the steak and funny side up eggs… Got my food really fast.. no longer than 10 minutes and i already had my food in the table ready to eat…. Everything was really good… See you guys soon….

Came here a few days ago. Boyfriend got a breakfast burrito, he said it was one of the worst he’s ever had. I ordered a bit. The sandwich was pathetic. One piece of tomato, one piece of lettuce, and one tiny piece of bacon.
