I usually visit this Tom’s Drive In because it is super close to my home. Today when I went there, I ordered a #2 combo, which is the 2 hot dogs. I was asked what I would like on it, and since I do not come here often, I asked what they had. The worker taking my order seemed super dismissive and continue to tell me “we have everything”. Since I do not work there, I was unaware what a DCDB was as that showed on the ordering screen. When I got home, I was sad to learn that it was a double cheeseburger I got instead of the two hot dogs I ordered. I am assuming since this is a new combo, probably a couple months ago it was added, the worker did this out of muscle memory. Sadly, it was a not so great experience. I will stick to only getting ice cream from this location. 🙁

Staff that are on a mission. This Tom’s has always had exemplary service for their customers and takes pride in what they do. Out of the Tom’s in the Fox Cities this is one of the hidden gems that deserves more credit. Keep up the great work

I was at an appointment in the Neenah area so I asked where there was some place to eat they suggested Tom’s. I ordered a fish sandwich and onion rings and a SoBe. The Sobe was tasteless the sandwich was so overdone that it was a piece of cardboard I didn’t even eat it. The onion rings were okay I thought. We don’t have one in Green Bay and I hope if we do it’s a lot better than this one. The gal at the window though was very friendly and nice. Could have been a bad day for the cook.

Unique little restaurant with a nice old fashion diner feel. The burger was delicous and so were the fries. All reasonably priced as well. Then I washed it down with a normal size ice cream treat.

Very poor service with no management on premise…. Seems like the tend to either mess up your food, have cold food, or a few times the price hasn’t matched the preview screen but I’m hungry so I just take it in the wallet more or less.

The food is good, it is what it is… when your order is correct. For the last two years, every single pickup or drive thru order we’ve done has been wrong. Something missing, fries when you ordered a different (more expensive) side, etc etc. It’s beyond coincidence at this point, it’s poor service. Sometimes we forget to check before leaving, and regret it. Doesn’t seem to matter if it’s busy or not either, very disappointing.

I ordered a haddock sandwich and got it and didn’t have the right bread didn’t have lettuce didn’t have tomatoes. Thank God my cheese curds were fine.
