ordered through app, arrived home and checked everything I’m missing few items so I went back to the restaurant and got it. I ordered a power menu bowl and I didn’t open it to check before I come back to the restaurant again, when I’m about to eat there’s no chicken there. ain’t no way I come back again to get the chicken. so disappointed.

Excellent customer service.
When ordering a big order online, I find it less stressful to park and pick it up inside. Drive thru was fine until they asked you to reverse and wait in front a station. The customers behind you get anxious/mad; it’s easier to just get the order inside, in my opinion.

We spent over $200 one night and had to wait a long time but that time we didn’t mind much cuz when they came put they gave us coupons for 1 free taco and it says “one per person, per visit,” there was three of us and the manager was rude and told is it was only one per visit the. When shown that the coupon states per person, per visit she just kept saying “it’s poicly..” how is it policy when it states on the coupon that it’s per person.. we just wanted 3 tacos.. I’m a little baffled that she was so rude and refused to serve us with those coupons..why did they even give us the coupons then?? It was same place that gave us the coupons in the first place.. I was totally confused and that lady was just flat out rude.. I love taco bell but I won’t be going to this location again.. I think they need to retrain their managers and maybe tell them to read the coupons before turning people away.. or don’t hand out coupons they don’t want people using… I don’t get it.
