I waited approximately 15 minutes in the drive-through after placing my order, despite there being only one vehicle ahead of me when I arrived. Given the extended wait time, I assumed the food to be freshly prepared. Unfortunately, the burgers were cold, and the fries tasted as though they had been refried—stale and overly saturated with grease. The bacon on the cheeseburger was overcooked and lacked freshness as well, not edible on today’s visit.

Clean place but paid 33.00 for two value meals burgers were under cooked patty and cold cheese curds were over cooked this manager needs to be better at training the staff I have eaten at different toms this koller location has to be the worst managed for not properly training staff

So…. the food was good. Fries were delicious, fresh, hot, and I could taste real potatoes. I loved them. Cheese curds tasted like someone purchased fresh squishy cheese from the market and cooked them that day. Very nice crunch on the deep fried curds .
My ‘Tommy burger’ was good. 2 patties, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and fresh chopped onions (Not grilled). I asked for no special sauce. The fam liked their food a lot. Place seems a bit outdated and needs TLC, for sure. I expected more of a classic burger diner feel. This was my first time. I think everything was decent but the fam absolutely LOVES this place. I would recommend. Dine in and drive thru option. This place is connected to a restaurant called Holidays which is also great. Plenty of parking. Great specials!

It was a tiring day and I opted to give Tom’s a chance and I’m glad I did! I did not go into the restaurant so I can’t say how the building itself is! The drive through was very good though, as was the employees and the swiftness my food was made and given to me. Said food was great! Mozzarella sticks, French fries, and a few burgers were scrumptious and tasty on all ends! No complaints, might go to Tom’s some other time to!

Tried this for the first time. Cheeseburger is ok just like any other burger places.
Whats unique about this place is the options on the menu.
They have a family pack on the menu which is a huge savings. We order the 6 cheeseburgers and fries for $17. There was a lot of fries.
We’ll be going here a little more often than McDonald’s for sure.
There’s other items on the menu that we haven’t scratched yet so we’ll have to go back and try some more.

Ordering was harder then it should have been. Employee didn’t know the menu.
Ordered a gluten free bun and they left it in the wrapper and threw everything else in the box. We were also charged 40 bucks for two combos and didn’t get a receipt.

The burger was really good, but the pickles weren’t really there. I was nice that they had shoestring fries. However, the “banana cream pie” arctic blast had a very strong artificial taste and was almost impossible to eat. I would go again though because it was great service. Need more decor though.

Pros; Great food! Absolutely LOVE their burgers and fries! They also always have a friendly staff and customer service in person is always great. Dining room area is always clean.
Cons; Their app is terrible. It’s klunky, and order times are only every 15 minutes. I ordered 10:36am, it only allowed me to order for 11:00am at the earliest. Came to the store at 10:50 and they hadn’t received my order. I would expect to be able to place my order at home, make the 10 minute drive to the store and my food to be ready when I arrive. That is not the case. Not to the fault of the people working here, the ordering system on the app is just poor. I would have been better off placing my order in the drive thru. They advertise that you should “skip the line and order online”, but it’s definitely less efficient.
Don’t mess with the app, ordering a head doesn’t make it any quicker. Come to the store itself, ordering in the drive thru and you’ll have a much better experience.

We’ve always had a great experience with Tom’s. They give you a great amount of food for the price and the food is always very good. Highly recommend, especially when you want a good burger, fries, mini corn dogs, and cheese curds!
