Quintessential beach town sub restaurant. A walk up with some indoor seating as booths and outdoor picnic tables and friendly staff.
We bought a Club and Meatball sub and both were excellent. Meatball was well prepared with melted cheese, the club had a perfect amount of mayo.

I’ve never had anything except the crab sandwich. Tried it a few years ago and go every time I go to OC.
Price is unbeatable and the people are nice. This is a family business and one of the original owners can still be seen working to fill orders. Great hardworking people who’ve been putting out great crab cakes for decades.

Visiting from New York and was just looking for something quick yet good. Came across Tommy’s and am very glad I gave it a shot. I got the mozzarella sticks and BLT. Also ordered the cheese burger sub. The mozzarella sticks were crunchy on the outside and smooth, melty and stringy on the inside- just as you want them. The BLT was clean, the bread toasted great. Very delicious. If you’re looking for a quick place to satisfy your hunger, I recommend this place. Super chill. Also the service was quick and they were super nice. You can also see they keep things clean! There is parking right on the side, finding a spot was not hard.

Ordered flounder sub with everything knowing fish was deep fried and it was tasty as I was craving for. It is a mom pap type of business with good customer service and well prepared food. They offer inside AC and out door seating. Price is as per area. Will go again if in mood for subs or pizza.

Stopped in here for lunch today. I remember coming as a teenager and grabbing a couple of pizza slices or chicken tenders. 20 some years later – it hasn’t changed a bit, which is awesome. This time I tried their highly rated cheesesteak and have to agree, it’s very, very good. I’m not even a cheesesteak fan for the most part. We got it with provolone and what it normally comes with – mayo, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, and hot peppers. Delicious! The bread was out of this world. Highly recommend!

I was so amped for my sub. I had been drinking orange crushes and millers all day at the White Marlin, got back to my hotel and just needed Tommy’s to settle down the sauce sloshing around in my stomach. So I hop on DoorDash and order like 18 min before closing. I feel like I’ve won the lottery catching it so close to closing, but with my order in on time, I confidently hop in the shower knowing I’m about to enjoy one of my all time favorite meals. Upon delivery, I noted to myself how light the bag felt. I get back to my room and pop open the styrofoam container (which already was disappointing) only to find the frozen slabs of steak folded in half, with no cheese on top, but underneath, leaving the cardboard looking meat naked right in front of my face. The look of disappointment and taste of disgust could not out match my drunken hunger, so I dug in. Much to my dismay, the taste only solidified what I felt at the time of unboxing, it was trash. And unfortunately, by the time the Doordasher had delivered, Tommy’s was closed, so I could not unleash the fury they had riled up inside of me, disappointing a fat man in his drunken need. A disgrace to Tommy’s legacy and quite honestly to OCMD. RIP to the goat of submarines.

Delicious cheese pizza. Friendly employees. Prices are a little high. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Order and pick up at the counter. Has subs, sandwiches, pizza, ice cream, etc.

Cheese steak is prepared in the most laziest way possible, no seasoning no offers of sauce options. Chicken is dry and chewy and mozzarella sticks where over cooked. This place is not worth the prices of their food even if it is the cheapest sandwich store option. Honestly feel like human garbage after eating here because we had to use split payment their attitude and they way they presented their selves was more of your wasting my time. Just go to subway.
