Don’t get it twisted, I love this place and if it wasn’t 20+ min away I’d frequent like I used to.
That being said, since a large pizza and 18 wings is $41, I’d appreciate more mushrooms on it lol
No celery for the wings either. I called to try and see who I can send this to, get a coupon approved, and be on my merry way. For refunds/swaps, the pizza has to come back to the store. I suggest checking your pizza before leaving, just in case.
As for me, I didn’t bring my pizza back. But I did get something extra! I received the sweet sound of a SLAM as the phone hung up hard in my face lol

Love this place. Just a great down-to-earth pizza joint. Their sicilian is one of my favorites in the area, and their pagach is just wonderful. I swear 8 cuts of it weighs 10 pounds. Their wing bites are excellent, too. Get the boss sauce!!

Came here for pick up. 20 minutes. Plus15 minutes. No call. No message. I’m not going to order ever again!! And posting on Facebook plus crazy pricing . ! Gas has gone down but you and every pizza and restaurant have gouged out Dailey have suffered. I ‘m spreading your store.

Tommy’s pan-fried Sicilian pizza as a standout! It has a crispy crust, a good balance of sauce and cheese, and minimal grease. You gotta try this!!!

Ordered 9 slices of Sicilian pizza and ordered spaghetti and sausage. The sausage was burnt to a crisp. The garlic bread was almost as bad. Sitting waiting to pick it up . The guy next to me said something is burning. Little did I know it was my order. Called to let them know, I am not looking for anything , I won’t be returning there . The girl replied fine. When ordering pick up from any restaurant, I will ask to see the food before leaving . We all learn the hard way.

Every time i get pizza from here during the day it’s delicious. Every time i get pizza here any time after 5 pm when all the kids are working it absolutely sucks. I don’t know how many more times i can complain about it. If the owner truly cares about his business he would make sure whoever is making this pizza when the big guy leaves for the day, that it’s being done right. I would have enjoyed a lunchable pizza more than this crap i got. Unbelievable

Order 1/ 2 tray of Sicilian pizza. Got there my order was never made. This gentle gave me the same order that someone else ordered. So disappointed. It’s was like 4 cuts where sliced in to 9 tiny slices. I always loved their pizza. Going elsewhere next time.

Me and the wife stopped by Tommy’s tonite for pizza and beer. We waited and watched our waitress.(younger girl with blonde hair in pony tail). Totally ignored us. Waiting on people who were coming in after us. We ended up leaving. We then went to sabatinis where we had great service. I called Tommy’s to complain immediately talked to Mark. The manager on duty. He was no help! The problem is i have is this same waitress two weeks back never put in my order. I waited 45 minutes I said where is my order she said paper got stuck in printer. Mistakes happen. She said. We have always supported Tommy’s pizza. Refering people posting pics online of their good pizzas. But now my wife and I agree. We will no longer support Tommy’s pizza. 1983-2025 was a long time. All over a waiting staff that dont give a crap.

Very disappointed, my entire family and I have been coming there for decades. And never had anything but the best in all aspects. Yet a few nights ago I simply ordered one of my usuals, and upon looking at these wings, they were not the sauce I ordered. I was polite and respectful and told them this, and she insisted they were correct. I told her to taste them, it’s not what I ordered, but despite how nice I was being, I had another employee butt in and have a rude comment. “She wasn’t the one who made them” with an attitude. I understand that, but she’s is the woman at the counter helping me and who sold them to me. And when I said that was uncalled for and reiterated how respectful I was being, the orher one got more ignorant and said I need to shut up cause that’s my daughter. If you work in the service industry and a respectful customer kindly asks you to address their order, that customer shouldn’t be attacked by other family members/employees. If you can’t handle a respectful conversation, you shouldn’t have a job. As for myself and my family and friends, well spend our money and support a business that appreciates the fact we called them, and have been for decades. Even other customers were looking at them appalled that it went from a simple kind request to fix my order, to being harassed and possibly assaulted from what they were saying and the sharp turnaround it took. I highly recommend thinking twice before ordering. You most likely won’t have an issue with your order, but in case you do, you will be attacked for simply trying to get it corrected. I feel bad for the ownership as I know they are better than that. But It’s not the owners that are taking my order or checking me out.
