I have been to Tommy’s on Overland and it was good. I went to this Tommy’s tonight and was disappointed. I got the chicken with half Alfredo, half marinara. The chicken tasted like freezer burn. The ends of the chicken were hard as rock. One piece was not completely cooked. The Alfredo sauce was blan and needed seasoning. The only good part was the marinara. Maybe having a bad night. Do something about the chicken Tommy.

I just was passing by and noticed this shop which had popped up recently. My friend and I stopped in and the atmosphere was GREAT! The owner and workers were so kind and open. A cute fact I learned is that the shop is named after the owners son who grew up eating the food. We got DELICIOUS mozzarella sticks! They have good prices, tasty food, and are local! I highly highly recommend!

This is my kind of place! Reasonable prices and generous portions. We shared the chicken parmesan with Alfredo sauce. It was very tasty. Order extra garlic bread because there is a lot of sauce on the pasta to dip it in. We had enough pasta for another meal.

I have been in food service forever, and I apologize but I geek out over food. I was thrilled to see a new place open right by my favorite grocery store. Remember they are brand new here so have patience and grace while they work out the kinks. The food is fantastic, and huge servings. On top of it they are kind. I am very impressed, welcome to the neighborhood, I will definitely be back!!!

For what you get it’s good food! It’s a quick stop so you’re not going to get sit down Italian level food but the flavor is good and the prices are great for the huge portions you get. We got the family meal and I tried the Bolognese and meatballs, Alfredo, and chicken Parm. The sauces were all flavored well and pasta was cooked well. My favorite was the Bolognese. The store front is clean and the teen behind the counter was friendly and upbeat. We would eat here again.

Tommy’s Italian definitely exceeded expectations. Service was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. Everything we ordered was super yummy, but my personal favorite was the chicken parm. Different from any chicken parm I have ever had before-the creamy basil sauce was SOOOOO good. Even my super picky 9 year old liked it (he ordered plain noodles) It’s hard to find a place that my kids love that doesn’t feel like “kid food.” We will definitely be back!

I stopped by today for a quick lunch for myself and my husband, we both loved our meals. I got the chicken parm, my husband got the alfredo and said it was better than any he has ever gotten from other Italian restaurants. We will be back and HIGHLY recommend.

Ordered and payed online for the Boise location. Went to pick up under normal business hours. Open sign lit up but small sign on door says closed today. Tried reaching them at both locations but goes to voicemail. Saw online the Meridian location is permanently closed. Hope everything is ok.
